Hello to all my friends in this community, I join once again this great initiative that #ecotrain has had with its medicinal cooking contest in its third week; today I tried to make the Vietnamese recipe, but with my personal touch. I hope you like it, accompany me step by step.</div>

Hola a todos mis amigos de esta comunidad, me sumo nuevamente a esta grandiosa iniciativa que ha tenido #ecotrain con su concurso de cocina medicinal en su tercera semana; hoy trate de hacer la receta vietnamita, pero con mi toque  personal. Espero que les guste, acompáñame a mi paso a paso.</div>

Vegetables and vegetables are rich in minerals such as iron, zinc, phosphorus, potassium, calcium, magnesium or copper, essential micronutrients for the proper functioning of our body. In addition to all this, the original recipe for the contest has a rich peanut-based cream, which thanks to its content of proteins and amino acids, minerals such as potassium, magnesium and phosphorus, vitamin E and folic acid, contributes to lengthening life . Among the benefits it is mentioned that they improve heart function, are active in the fight against cancer, reduce the risk of Alzheimer's, among others. </div>

Las verduras  y vegetales, son ricas en minerales como hierro, zinc, fósforo, potasio, calcio, magnesio o cobre, micronutrientes imprescindibles para el buen funcionamiento de nuestro organismo. Aunado a todo esto la receta de origen al concurso tiene una rica crema a base de maní, que gracias a  su contenido de proteínas y aminoácidos, minerales como el potasio, magnesio y el fósforo, vitamina E y ácido fólico, contribuye a alargar la vida. Entre los beneficios se menciona que mejoran la función del corazón, son activos en la lucha contra el cáncer, reducen el riesgo de Alzheimer, entre otros.</div>

Roast the bell pepper or paprika directly over the fire and cook the peanuts, then put everything in a bowl and add about 2 tablespoons of oil, salt to taste and process with an electric stick, mortar or blender according to your preference. </div>

Soasar el pimiento morrón o pimentón directo al fuego y cocinar los maníes, después, meter todo en un bol y agregar unas 2 cdas de aceite, sal al gusto y procesar con un bastón eléctrico, mortero o licuadora según su preferencia. </div>

1- After washing and peeling the vegetables, we proceed to chop into julienne.

2- Once the sauce is ready, and the sausages are chopped and cooked (Optional), we put together all the ingredients ready to proceed to assemble the rolls.

2- Una vez lista la salsa, picadas y cocidas las salchichas (Opcional), juntamos todos los ingredientes listos para proceder a armar los rollitos.

3- A bed is made with the lettuce leaves, then the cream is spread on it and the vegetables are colored.
This time too, make a sausage roll, since it is an option for diners who are not vegans, they can enjoy these healthy foods with a personal touch. </div>

3- Se hace una cama con las hojas de lechuga, luego se le unta la crema y se procede a colorar los vegetales.
En esta ocasión también, arme un rollito con salchichas, ya que es una opción para los comensales que no son veganos, puedan disfrutar de estos alimentos sanos con un toque personal.</div>

And as always, I obediently tasted my delicious rolls, and truly this type of diet is what we should consume daily, thanks to ecotrain for inducing me to this new way of eating.</div>

Y como siempre, yo obedientemente deguste mis ricos rollitos, y de verdad que este tipo de alimentación es la que deberiamos de consumir a diario, gracias a ecotrain por inducirme a esta nueva manera de alimentación.</div>
