Hace unas semanas estuve dando una clase como suplente de una instructora de aero yoga para niñas en un espacio nuevo. Comencé como siempre con el acondicionamiento corporal, y luego con inversiones y posturas de inversión en el columpio de tela. Para mí sorpresa las niñas tenían una energía maravillosa, todas son super talentosas, querían como siempre jugar, cómo cualquier niña de seis o siete años. Cabe mencionar que cuando cubro una suplencia hay un choque entre las niñas, ya que por tener una instructora fija, que vaya una suplente, alguien desconocido, coloca a las niñas en un lugar de desconfianza y a mi claramente también. Esto no pasa únicamente en los niños, también en los adultos, acá hablo desde la experiencia que he tenido en el transcurso de mi proceso cómo instructora o facilitadora de aprendizaje. No todo fue tan negativo, en la primera suplencia fue así, pero en la segunda suplencia hubo más receptividad de las niñas para/conmigo y supongo que viceversa, admito que también estuve más en confianza luego de concoer a las niñas.
>A few weeks ago I was teaching a class as an understudy for a girls' aero yoga instructor in a new space. I started as usual with body conditioning, and then with inversions and inversion poses on the web swing. To my surprise, the girls had wonderful energy, they are all super talented, they always wanted to play, like any six or seven year old girl. It is worth mentioning that when I cover a substitute there is a clash between the girls, since having a permanent instructor, having a substitute go, someone unknown, places the girls in a place of mistrust and clearly me too. This does not only happen in children, but also in adults. I am speaking here from the experience I have had in the course of my process as an instructor or learning facilitator. Not everything was so negative, in the first substitution it was like that, but in the second substitution the girls were more receptive to/with me and I suppose vice versa, I admit that I was also more confident after meeting the girls.

En la segunda suplencia lleve mi clase armada como siempre, con las posturas y figuras que les iba a explicar a las niñas. Lo sorprendente fue que al finalizar la clase las niñas querían seguir y las dejé 5 minutos más adicional a la clase para que hicieran las figuras que quisieran y que sabían, también para que practicarán , mientras yo descolgaba los columpios de la estructura del techo. Las fotos que estoy publicando ellas lo hicieron solas, y lo más maravilloso fue que me enseñaron algo nuevo. Anteriormente en otros espacios di clases de acroyoga en columpio para adultos y jamás habia hecho no explicado esa figura que aparece en las fotos. Luego cuando iba camino a casa, hice un recuento en mi mente de toda la clase, las sensaciones y percepciones que tuve y que ví en las niñas. Me llevo como reflexión el hecho de siempre estar abiertos a seguir aprendiendo, incluso cuando somos nosotros los instructores. Muchas veces olvidamos la simplicidad de la vida, las pequeñas cosas que pueden ser gigantes y maravillosas y que por estar más atentos a los buenos resultados olvidamos disfrutar el proceso. Se dice muy fácil pero es un trabajo diario, es estar presentes en el momento y esto sin duda aplica para todo.
>In the second substitution I took my armed class as always, with the postures and figures that I was going to explain to the girls. The surprising thing was that at the end of the class the girls wanted to continue and I gave them an additional 5 minutes in class to make the figures they wanted and knew, also to practice, while I took down the swings from the roof structure. The photos that I am posting they did it themselves, and the most wonderful thing was that they taught me something new. Previously in other spaces I gave acroyoga classes on a swing for adults and I had never done without explaining that figure that appears in the photos. Then when I was on my way home, I recounted in my mind the whole class, the sensations and perceptions that I had and that I saw in the girls. I take as a reflection the fact of always being open to continue learning, even when we are the instructors. Many times we forget the simplicity of life, the little things that can be gigantic and wonderful, and because we are more attentive to good results, we forget to enjoy the process. It is said very easy but it is a daily job, it is to be present in the moment and this undoubtedly applies to everything.
