Hola comunidad hermosa. He Estado súper ausente estos últimos días. He Estado reinventandome, es necesario hacerlo las veces que hagan falta. En la montaña amo poder admirar lo verde de la naturaleza, observar el cielo a través de las ramas de los árboles. Para mi subir a la montaña es una meditación. Es poder mantenernos en el aquí y el ahora, en el presente. Conectar con la madre tierra es una bendición, por eso deberíamos siempre abrazar un árbol para recargarnos de su energía y purificar la nuestra.

Me encanta escuchar el silencio de la montaña, me encanta percibir e imaginar cuales son los misterios que guarda el bosque y que nosotros estamos quizá limitados a observar. Aunque sonara conformista, pero me consideró feliz con lo que  mis ojos me permiten visualizar, mis oídos escuchar y mi corazón sentir. Esta vez fui solo con mi mamá, para sanar y llenarnos de energía renovadora.

No eres conformista, linda, te maravillas de las pequeñas cosas y eso hace que vivas una vida feliz, que para mí, es lo más importante. Todo lo que nos rodea es maravilloso  un privilegio, porque no muchos pueden ver, tocar, sentir y renovar energías.

Aquí otra abraza árboles, sabíais que existe ciencia detrás de esa sensación de bienenstar, no sólo los árboles emiten partículas de aceites esenciales que nos relajan también nos hacen liberar oxitocinas que son hormonas que regulan el afecto de las madres por sus hijos y que génera vínculos, sí existe una química para eso :) hahha así que cuando voy de hada hippy y abrazo un árbol y alguien se ríe un poco de mí, le digo, mira es que estoy relajando mi cerebro con los aceites esenciales y las oxitocinas me bajan el estrés sabes? hahha hahah XD

Jajajajajaa si. La gente siempre ve raro lo que no considera  "normal" O "tradicional". Los que hacen cosas distintas son llamados locos pero la verdad es que hay que seguir abrazando árboles. Y claro que si, la ciencia ha demostrado incluso que es benéfico hacerlo. Gracias por comentar.
