 Agradezco por abrir este espacio a @vaneaventuras , varias veces he sido participe de la causa y efecto que produce sentirnos agradecidos con nuestra existencia y que maravilloso poder participar en este reto y compartirlo con ustedes. Espero lograr ser consecuente con mis publicaciones y lograr los 30 días.

De un tiempo para acá, he sido más agradecida, aunque ciertamente a veces lo olvido por las muchas ocupaciones y responsabilidades que tenemos y que algunas veces nos agobian, logrando  desenfocarnos de lo simple de la vida, que en si es: vivir y ser felices, vibrando en amor. 

Desde que comencé a sumergirme en el mundo del yoga y su filosofía, siento que mi conciencia se ha expandido un poco más y como consecuencia me he vuelto vegetariana precisamente porque valoro la vida de los demás seres vivos . Quizá ustedes dirán que debería hablar de mi vida únicamente, y no de la vida de los demás seres que habitan en la tierra, pero a veces nuestro amor propio se mide en como amamos a los demás. Por esta razón valoro y amo mi vida,  de la misma manera valoro y amo la vida de los demás seres vivientes.

Me siento agradecida cada día que me despierto en la mañana y veo el cielo azulito y el sol, les sonrió y los saludo.  Hoy y siempre, agradezco que tengo un día más para experimentar y aprender cosas nuevas , transformando lo negativo en positivo. Agradezco la vida abundante y llena de amor que tengo. Agradezco que cada día busco tener más ecuanimidad, vibrar más en amor y disfrutar mas el presente: *el aquí y el ahora*.  Algunas veces siento que el día no me basta y quisiera más horas para obtener conocimientos, se dice que lo que aprendemos nos lo llevamos a otra vida - me gusta creer que es verdad- , entonces visualizo mi alma en otra vida, en otro plano y me regocijo saber que de alguna manera sabre todo lo que se hoy, mi alma lo recordara.

En conclusión, amo mi vida, amo saber que existo en sincronía con el universo, con el todo.

>I am grateful for opening this space to @vaneaventuras, several times I have been part of the cause and effect that produces us feeling grateful with our existence and how wonderful to be able to participate in this challenge and share it with you, I hope to be consistent with my publications and achieve 30 days.

> I have been more grateful, although certainly sometimes I forget it because of the many occupations and responsibilities that we have and that sometimes overwhelm us, managing to blur the simplicity of life, which in itself is: living and being happy , vibrating in love.

>Since I began to immerse myself in the world of yoga and its philosophy, I feel that my consciousness has expanded a little more and as a consequence I have become a vegetarian precisely because I value the lives of other living beings. Perhaps you will say that I should speak of my life only, and not of the life of other beings that inhabit the earth, but sometimes our self-love is measured in how we love others, for this reason I value and love my life and in the same way I value and love the life of other living beings.

>In this way, I feel grateful every day that I wake up in the morning and see the blue sky and the sun, I smiled and greeted them.

>Today and always, I am grateful that I have one more day to experiment and learn new things, transforming the negative into the positive. I am grateful for the abundant and loving life that I have. I am grateful that every day I seek to have more equanimity, vibrate more in love and enjoy the present more: *the here and now*.

>Sometimes I feel that the day is not enough for me and I would like more hours to obtain more knowledge, it is said that what we learn we take to another life - I like to believe that it is true-, then I visualize my soul in another life, in another plane and I rejoice to know that somehow I know everything I know today, my soul will remember.

>In conclusion, I love my life, I love knowing that I exist in sync with the universe, with everything.
