Una mañana fui camino al espacio en dónde doy clases de yoga aéreo y vivi una experiencia hermosa. Esa mañana mientras yo esperaba que desocuparan el salón de clases, llegó un pajarito , parecía perdido, de pronto se escapó de alguna casa cercana de la zona. Ese pajarito, el cuál le pusieron por nombre "Garuda", tiene algo especial, ya que tiene contacto cercano con cada persona que va al lugar. Garuda se me acercó y lo invite a qué se posará en mi mano, y lo hizo . En ese momento me di cuenta que ese pajarito era especial, es un pajarito yogui. Fue una experiencia única y especial haber tenido un pajarito posando sobre mis manos. Es un momento que podré recordar con cariño y gratitud.

Garuda approached me and I invited him to perch on my hand, and he did. At that moment I realized that this bird was special, it is a yogi bird. It was a unique and special experience to have had a little bird perching on my hands. It is a moment that I will be able to remember with affection and gratitude.
