Hello everyone dear community, have a happy day, welcome to my art blog. Let's make a splinterlands character, this time I wanted to retake a little bit the style of drawing that I usually used, to get out of the routine and not forget certain techniques, as you know lately I have been working under the style of black and white, a very practical technique because you get to have better control in the lights and brightness, well this time I wanted to draw using directly the colors, when I made this drawing using the colors, I realized something, I felt that I had a better control and a greater variety in the calorimetry, something that I still can not fully master in the black and white, the idea is to know how to combine the best of both styles and that is achieved with practice.





Next I show you the step by step of the development of the illustration.



>Hola a todos querida comunidad, tengan todos un feliz día, bienvenidos a mi blog de arte. Hagamos un personaje de splinterlands, esta vez quise retomar un poco el estilo de dibujo que usualmente utilizaba, para salir un poco de la rutina y no olvidar ciertas técnicas, como ya sabrán últimamente he estado trabajando bajo el estilo de blancos y negros, una técnica muy práctica ya que logras tener un mejor control en las luces y brillos, pues en esta ocasión quise dibujar usando directamente los colores, al realizar este dibujo usando los colores, me di cuenta de algo, sentía que tenía un mejor control y una mayor variedad en la calorimetría, algo que todavía no logro dominar completamente en el blanco y negro, la idea es saber combinar lo mejor de ambos estilos y eso se logra con la práctica.

For this drawing I chose to make Beatrix Ironhand, a beautiful Ninja girl, which in this case I adapted in a sensual and somewhat curvy woman, surrounded by a lush bamboo forest which I applied different guasean blurs to achieve an effect of depth in the work, also as I mentioned before this time the drawing is done completely in color, without going through the stage of black and white.







> Para este dibujo elegí realizar a Beatrix Ironhand, una hermosa chica Ninja, que en este caso la adapte en una mujer sensual y un tanto curvilínea, rodeada de un frondoso bosque de bambú el cual le aplique diferentes desenfoques guaseanos para lograr un efecto de profundidad en la obra, además como mencione antes esta vez el dibujo está hecho completamente a color, sin pasar por la etapa de blanco y negro.

Here I imagined Beatrix observing the horizon with a lost look in the forest, slightly leaning from behind with her weapon, as if she was slightly seated, I drew her with extra curves my intention was to make her quite sexy. Using the color palette of the card I drew the different parts of her body, as you know I like to do this part in sections for ease.

> Acá me imagine a Beatrix observando el horizonte con una mirada perdida en el bosque, ligeramente apoyada desde atrás con su arma, como si estuviese ligeramente sentada, la dibuje con curvas extras mi intención era hacer bastante sexi. Usando la paleta de colores de la carta fui dibujando las diferentes partes de su cuerpo, como ya saben me gusta hacer esta parte por secciones para mayor facilidad.

In this step I added different shades to the base colors I used, all this to achieve more depth in the drawing and not to make it look so flat. Mainly I kept the palette with warm colors and then created a contrast with cold brightness. 



>En este paso fui agregando diferentes matices a los colores bases que use, todo esto para lograr mayor profundidad en el dibujo y que no se viera tan plano. Principalmente mantuve la paleta con colores cálidos para luego crear un contraste con brillos fríos.

In this section of the drawing I concentrated on making some details such as the legs and the weapon on his back, here I applied different textures in both his weapon and clothing, this gives a touch more realism to the work, also accentuate the shadows a little more.



>En esta sección del dibujo me concentre en realizar algunos detalles como las mayas de las piernas y el arma que lleva en la espalda, acá aplique diferentes texturas tanto en su arma como en la vestimenta, esto le da un toque más de realismo a la obra, además acentúe un poco más las sombras.

Maybe some of you know that I didn't master very well the theme of the backgrounds, it has always been difficult for me to make a good landscape design, this time I worked in different layers drawing several sections of bamboos and blurring them little by little, I liked the forest that I achieved, because it gives an effect of depth that I wanted. In this step I also added the effects of ambient lights and the character, plus some details like the leaves.






> Quizás algunos sabrán que no dominó muy bien el tema de los fondos, siempre me ha costado hacer un buen diseño de paisajes, esta vez lo trabajé en diferentes capas dibujando varias secciones de bambús y difuminandolas poco a poco, me gusto bastante el bosque que logre, ya que da un efecto de profundidad que quería. En este paso también agregué, los efectos de luces de ambiente y en el personaje, además algunos detalles como las hojas.
