Queridos amigos de esta gran comunidad, un saludo a todos, espero estén pasando unas felices fiestas, que sus hogares se llenen de dicha y prosperidad. Disculpen mi ausencia de publicaciones. En esta oportunidad quiero hacer un breve repaso por lo que se viene en esta siguiente fase de la *UEFA CHAMPIONS LEAGUE*. Nos espera una jornada a mi parecer de muchísimas sorpresas, ¿Qué pasará? ¿Cuáles serán las sorpresas? ¿Favoritos?. Son muchas las incógnitas que podemos hacernos sobre lo que deparará la Champions el año que viene. Les traigo aquí mi opinión sobre los octavos de final de la liga de campeones.

Empezando por el primer emparejamiento, entre el Mönchengladbach de Alemania y el Manchester City de Guardiola. ¿Podemos ver una sorpresa? Sinceramente no lo creo, pues la superioridad del City puede pesar mas en la balanza, aunque por otra parte una muy buena fase de grupo del equipo alemán, dejando fuera a un gigante como el Inter de Milán, y ganando en enfrentamientos directos al Madrid, pinta para ser uno de los cruces que no se pueden perder.

Pero veamos que pasará ante Lewandowski y compañía, invictos desde su campeonato en la pasada temporada.

Chelsea vs Atlético de Madrid, promete pinta para un encuentro muy táctico, un Chelsea rápido pero muy táctico y cuidadoso ante un muy defensivo Atlético de Madrid, pero que a contra ataques y juego por bandas suele ser letal, que mas muestra de ello que Ferreira Carrasco. Además su liderato en la liga española da un aire de triunfo y confianza en los del cuadro blanquirojo. Mi favorito en esta serie es el equipo del Cholo.

Llevando la banguardia, con 4 equipos en octavos junto con España, Liepzig y Dormund completan este cuarteto alemán, quienes se enfrentarán a Liverpool y Sevilla respectivamente. Cuesta arriba para Liepzig, pero sin duda lo pongo entre mis favoritos para dar la sorpresa. El Dormund con una plantilla mucho más afianzada y con más recorrido, tiene una gran posibilidad y veo en ellos un equipo de estancias finales, más sin embargo el equipo más ganador de la *UEFA EUROPA LEAGUE* el Sevilla qué quiere demostrar que está listo para retos más grandes. Por su parte la Juventus de Turín enfrentará a un siempre complicado Porto, más sin embargo se espera que se logre el objetivo de La *Juve* este año y logren consagrarse campeones, al fin y al cabo para esto fué que trajeron al mejor jugador de esta competición, Cristiano Ronaldo.

En otro de los cruces más interesantes tenemos a un intermitente Real Madrid, quién una semana pierda contra el Shakhtar Donest en champions y la siguiente semana gana contra el Atlético Madrid en la liga doméstica, muy irregular, con altas y bajas, pero al final de todo sigue siendo el Real Madrid no por nada tiene 13 orejonas en su vitrina. Frente un Atalanta potente, afianzado en su liga local y con paso agigantado en la competición, Duvan Zapata, el "Papu" Gomez a resaltar también en la alineación del técnico Gian Piero Gasperini, si el Real Madrid flaquea ante este rival muy probablemente sean los italianos en pasar a la siguiente ronda.

A la expectativa estamos sobre todo lo que pueda pasar con estos enfrentamientos de Champions, prometen ¡¡ y mucho!!
