1er ejercicio: Leg Raises - 2do ejercicio: L-Sit - 3er ejercicio: Remos - Con estos tres ejercicio podemos trabajar perfectamente los abdominales. - También puedes hacer esta rutina 3-4 veces a la semana después de tu rutina diara, claro dependiendo de tu nivel de atleta. -
