<div class="text-justify"><div class="pull-left">Hoy vamos a ver como abordar, como entrenar y mejorar la musculatura con ejercicios sencillos. En primer lugar, ¿Qué necesitas para empezar a probar el musculo? el requisito previo que recomiendo es tener una buena base en pull ups (Dominadas), dips (Fondos), por supuesto, push ups (Flexiones), no hay un numero especifico pero lo que recomiendo es tener al menos 15 dominadas controladas, para que extienda completo los brazos y levante sin sentir ninguna molestia, máximo control, una vez que tenga buena base en las dominadas, puede comenzar a trabajar específicamente el muscle up (Subida muscular). Digo que hay un prerrequisito básico porque, obviamente, el muscle up es un movimiento dinámico y además de mucha fuerza hay mucha técnica y por tanto también importa mucho el patrón.</div>
<div class="text-justify"><div class="pull-left">Today we are going to look at how to approach, how to train and improve muscle with simple exercises. First of all, what do you need to start testing the muscle up? the prerequisite I recommend is to have a good base in pull ups, dips, of course push ups, there is no specific number but what I recommend is to have at least 15 controlled pull ups, so that you fully extend your arms and lift without feeling any discomfort, maximum control, once you have a good base in pull ups, you can start working specifically on the muscle up. ***<div class="text-justify"><div class="pull-left">Si tiene una buena base cantidad de dips y pull ups, entonces el mucle up vendrá por si solo una vez que este específicamente entrenando, en la transición del mucle up no saque los codos siga, siga siempre el movimiento natural del cuerpo, Ahora, otro ejercicio que puede ayudar es simplemente hacer el mucle up negativo hacia arriba, por lo que si tienes pasos, puede usarlos para subir, cuando estés arriba, realiza exenticas controladas, obviamente siempre para combinar con los ejercicios que hayamos visto, aprende esta habilidad puede llevar algunos días, ya que puede llevar algunas semanas también, no se apresure estoy seguro de que podrá lograr el muscle up.</div>***
