My Actifit Report Card: July 18 2020
Hi

This is my 60th Actifit post.

After three months, I post on Actifit for the first time! What a long separation. This is mostly due to inactiveness caused by coronavirus. You just can't participate regular activity in daily life.

Today I decided to open Actifit to count down my activity at home as well as going for a walk in the evening. Wearing mask outside really is a torture in the summer heat.

I think we all have missed our previous lifestyle. It looks one year wasted in our lives; however, we should abide by the rules for our health and keep our mental well.

Despite potential second wave in autumun-winter (as to northern hemisphere), we must focus on positive thoughts to cope with all this.

I wish the situation come to end soon. Take care, wear mask outsise and maintain distance from others.
