Good afternoon everyone, best wishes to all of us, for this edition I will try to return to the weekly contest as I usually do, whereas this time I have entered the 37th week of edition 02 of course with a very interesting topic to write

I am here because the topic this time reminds me of a while ago when I had the opportunity to talk more or less with my students where they are already in grade 12 which will not take long for them to finish their education and will go where they choose to go they will advance for their future

I started the conversation by asking what their dreams were since childhood, I asked if you have any goals? they answered yes for sure, and I asked again, are your goals still the same? they said no, then I said, your dream when you were little was not a real dream, but it was just a wish that at that time we saw and liked so we took it as a goal, I then asked them what their goals are now, and they started to get confused and asked each other with other friends

I then told them, you will soon feel the real life, and this life is very different from our life while we were still studying in high school, this is real life where we will determine what our future will be like and how it will be should start from now planned

we are born from several backgrounds, some do have rich parents and there are also those whose mediocre lives only fulfill their daily lives, but we have the same dream, namely to organize a brighter future, I also said a lot successful people who are even born into poor families,


from now on we determine that, if we want to continue to further education, choose a major that you really like, and don't say coercion in that, because if not we will always feel burdened every time we attend the education, and if you want to work look for a job that is to your liking because the comfort of working will determine how long you can survive there

after a while I told them to write their little hope for the future on a piece of paper and told them to keep it well, with the hope that in the next 3-4 years they would see it again and at that time they were already in their own dreams respectively, I also tell them I'm not a Motivator, but I'm just trying to share experiences about what I'm experiencing right now so that it can make the best experience for all of you

such things do seem normal, but for me it is very necessary to ask them, so that they still have time to make all choices for managing the future, the teacher's job is only limited to teaching them but a teacher is very proud when he sees one of his students can be more success of them, and it is a pleasure that is so meaningful for the role of a teacher

It is good for every man to plan as anyone who refuses to make plans has just signed up for automatic failure. Those that plan sometimes fail in the execution process not to talk of someone who has no plan at all.

The advice you gave to your students will be so useful to them and in no time they will remember and appreciate you for that and those that refuse to use it wisely will always regret their actions.

This is very true. A good teacher will make sure to not only teach his students but be proud when the students are doing great and achieving success even than the teacher. 

Those dreams we had, while we were young, weren´t dreams but wishes but as we grow up, we are open to things we would like to become and work towards achieving them.
