Emotions turn into emoticons, conversations in correspondence, the surrounding world we see in the computer monitor or smartphone display. Everything around becomes computerized. To what it can lead us and how will affect humanity? An interesting story is offered to us by James Ponsoldt's film "The Circle".

The film's actions take place in the near future. The main heroine, a young girl May, gets a job in the largest influential Internet company "The Circle". The girl from the first days causes positive impressions from the authorities and she is given a unique opportunity to take part in an unusual experiment, namely to attach a camera and broadcast her life online daily. How this will affect May and what future technologies can bring you will see after watching this film.

The company "The Circle" every week holds presentations and meetings (in the spirit of the presentation of the new iPhone from Apple), one of which, the founder introduced the hidden video cameras, shooting in amazing quality and working without any batteries and wires. They are easy to attach to any surface, thereby creating the opportunity to place them around the world and follow online for everything that is happening.

Just want to note that I liked the movie. I believe that the plot is original and is currently very relevant. In genre, the film is referred to as a fantastic thriller / drama, but in reality there are very few fiction. The advanced technologies shown in the film may well appear after a while, I would not call it fiction. I really liked the moment when one of the US deputies agreed to support the ideas of the Sphere. The bottom line is that every phone conversation, every email, every action of a deputy will be available online absolutely for anyone who wants to see the work of the politician. This is a true democracy, when all the activities of the authorities are fully transparent. I think this practice would be useful in our country.

Emma Watson, as always, looks great in the frame and coped with her role perfectly. Tom Hanks excellently played the charismatic leader of a global company. Everything that happens in the film looks plausible, the shooting is great, the company's rich level glitters on the screen. The soundtrack to the film neither say that super, but qualitatively selected and perfectly combined with the overall picture. The film is recommended to watch, it will not make you bored.
