Energy crisis in the EU: My electricity price has more than doubled in January 😲 How much do you pay per kWh?
Mein Strompreis hat sich im Januar mehr als verdoppelt 😲 Was zahlt ihr pro kWh?

Habe vor Kurzem eine sehr unerfreuliche Strompreiserhöhung bei einem privaten Anbieter bekommen, der bis jetzt eher günstig war.

Bin bei Switch und eine kWh hat ohne Steuern und Abgaben im Dezember noch 21 Cent pro kWh gekostet. Das war im Verhältnis zu den damaligen Tarifen für Neukunden wirklich super.

Jetzt haltet euch fest. Seit Jänner kostet 1 kWh:

47.50 Cent

und das ohne Steuern und Netzgebühren. Irre. Energiekrise in der EU.

Dazu kommen Steuern und Abgaben, Netzgebühren und Grundgebühr. Das macht umgerechnet circa 30 Cent pro kWh aus. Zusätzlich.

In Österreich wird der Strompreis seit Dezember bis maximal 30 Cent staatlich subventioniert. Mit neuen Schulden. Inflation.

Damit kostet eine kWh jetzt effektiv fast 50 Cent.

Überlege den Anbieter zu wechseln, wenn der Strompreis im Februar nicht deutlich günstiger wird.

Was sagt ihr dazu? Wie hoch ist euer aktueller Strompreis pro kWh? Habt ihr auch so eine große Erhöhung bekommen?

I recently got a very unpleasant electricity price increase at a private provider, which until now was rather cheap.

I'm a client of "Switch" and until December a kWh cost "only" 21 cents per kWh without taxes and grid fees. That was really awesome in relation to the rates for new customers at the time.

Now hold on tight. Since January 1 kWh costs:

47.50 cents (Euro)

and that without taxes and network fees. Crazy. Energy crisis in the EU.

In addition, there are taxes, network fees and basic charges. That makes about 30 cents per kWh. Additionally.

In Austria, the price of electricity has been subsidized by the state since December up to a maximum of 30 cents. With new national debts. Inflation.

So a kWh now effectively costs almost 50 Euro cents.

Think about changing the provider, if the electricity price in February is not significantly lowered.

In Berlin sind es noch aufgerundet 24 Pfennige derzeit. In Bayern hab ich 33 Pfennige bezahlt bisher, aber dieses Jahr wurden die Preise dort auch auf weit über 40 Pfennige erhöht habe ich mir zeigen lassen vom Vater. 

Nur Verrückt. Wir hatten sowieso schon so hohe Preise vor Coroni. Jetzt, explodieren sie, so lange, bis wir hier Explodieren.

Here it depends on the yearly usage limit. It's about 0.051 cents if u use less than 200 kvts . From 200 to 300 kvts 0.06 cent and after 300 kvts you pay about 0.08 cents but before 2021 it was 0.05 cents no matter how much electricity u use.

Daaauuummm. That is very expensive. I was wondering how the energy issue was going in Europe. That is a huge jump and it sounds like it was expensive before as well.

Es ist einfach eine Katastrophe was die mit uns machen. Wir bezahlen immer den teuersten Strom, der an der Börse verfügbar ist, alle wissen das und keiner unternimmt etwas... Ebenso 100% erneuerbare Energien Anbieter... Die kaufen Zertifikate aus Norwegen usw. und können deshalb hier Ökostrom anbieten, den sie überhaupt nicht produzieren. Alles Verbrecher in meinen Augen!

Solange nicht anders gewählt wird, wird es so weitergehen.
Ich sags immer wieder, wer zuerst Grün oder Rot wählt, braucht nicht jammern, sondern ist offenbar gerne bereit, den Preis für die moralische Selbsterhöhung zu bezahlen!
Unter einer AfD- oder FPÖ-Regierung hätte es die selbstmörderischen (und auch klimamässig komplett desaströsen) Sanktionen nicht gegeben. Ungarn hat meines Wissens nach nicht diese hohen Energiepreise. Aber Orban gilt ja als böse.

Glücklicherweise fängt meine kleine Photovoltaikanlage dann Einiges ab 💪
