Hive ⚡ Bitcoin Lightning Bridge: Swap HIVE or HBD to the Bitcoin Lightning Network with this app

HIVE oder HBD in das Bitcoin Lightning Network swappen

@brianoflondon und @ausbitbank haben eine coole Swap-App entwickelt, die es ermöglicht, HIVE oder HBD in das Bitcoin Lightning Network zu swappen bzw. Lightning-Invoices direkt mit HIVE oder HBD zu bezahlen.

Derzeit funktioniert das Swappen nur in eine Richtung HIVE/HBD zu Bitcoin und es gibt ein Limit von 100,000 Sats pro 4 Stunden, 200,000 Sats pro 24 Stunden und 300,000 Sats pro 72 Stunden (das sind circa $112 im Moment). Die Swap-Fee beträgt 0.8%.

Die Idee zur Swap-App ist im Rahmen der V4V Podcast-App (Value 4 Value) entstanden, die es ermöglichen soll, einen Podcast mit dem Lightning-Network zu bezahlen, während man den Podcast hört. Während man den Podcast streamt, streamt man sozusagen Sats im Gegenzug als Belohnung an die Macher des Podcasts.

Geplant ist die App auch in beide Richtungen (Bitcoin zu Hive) auszubauen.

@brianoflondon and @ausbitbank have developed a cool swap app that allows HIVE or HBD to be swapped into the Bitcoin Lightning Network or Lightning invoices to be paid directly with HIVE or HBD.

Currently, swapping only works in one direction HIVE/HBD to Bitcoin and there is a limit of 100,000 sats per 4 hours, 200,000 sats per 24 hours and 300,000 sats per 72 hours (that's about $112 atm). The swap fee is 0.8%.

The idea for the swap app came about as part of the "Value 4 Value" (V4V) podcast app, which is designed to allow users to pay for a podcast using the Lightning Network while listening to the podcast. As you stream the podcast, you stream sats in return, so to speak, as a reward to the creators of the podcast.

There is also a Hive DHF proposal to the Bitcoin Swap app that you can support:

I have heard of it but I haven't used it before. I know that the fees are low and it makes things easier to convert Hive into BTC if you want it.

Bisher habe ich mit Lugnt ing nor soviel zu tun, das ich die Wallet of Satoshi habe und dirch zwei Games Satoshi dahin bekomme.

I have heard about this. The lightning app can be used offline,   can send small amount. If larger amount has to be online. It suppose to be quick, so interesting when it released officially !

Sobald ich wieder ein paar HBD angesammelt habe, probiere ich mal aus, ob ich über diese App direkt bei ShopinBit (https://shopinbit.com/de) bezahlen kann. Für 100k Sats kriegt man zwar nicht so viel, aber ich werde es mit einem T-Shirt testen (z.B.: https://shopinbit.com/de/merchandise-by-satoshigoods/men/355643/f-inflation-premium-shirt?number=c1535608.174.4). 

Sollte es gut klappen werde ich auch einen Artikel für den ShopinBit-Blog schreiben, damit unsere Kunden wissen, dass sie auf Hive bloggen und sich mit den Gewinnen direkt ein paar Kleinigkeiten bestellen können. 😄
