Dachte zuerst der 10-Pfund-Schein wäre Fake, aber habe dann herausgefunden, dass Schottland nicht die englischen Banknoten mit der Queen oder jetzt King Charles III verwendet, sondern es gibt sogar 3 Banken (Bank of Scotland, Royal Bank of Scotland und Clydesdale Bank), die eigene Pfund-Banknoten mit jeweils einem eigenen Design drucken. Die Münzen hingegen sind die gleichen wie im gesamten Vereinigten Königreich. Aber auch die englischen Banknoten sind in Schottland natürlich gültig und werden akzeptiert, sofern man überhaupt in bar zahlen kann. Mittlerweile werden auch in UK die meisten Zahlungen elektronisch abgewickelt. In Pfund Sterling. I had no idea about this until recently. Really interesting how Scotland has its own versions of the pound, makes me want to visit even more now. So should I'm case the USD is no longer the world currency perhaps currency like this will be more popular
