Maschu Maschu ist ein orientalisches Restaurant in Wien, das es nicht nur im 7. Bezirk in der Neubaugasse, sondern auch im 1. und 3. Bezirk gibt. Der Name kommt aus dem Hebräischen und bedeutet etwas Besonderes oder Köstliches.

*Maschu Maschu is an oriental restaurant in Vienna, which has branches not only in the 7th district of Vienna, but also in the 1st and 3rd districts. The name comes from Hebrew and means something special or delicious.*

Besonders köstlich ist der Falafel- oder Schuarmateller, den es auch als Mixteller oder in Pita-Sandwich- oder Tortilla-Form gibt.

*Very delicious is the falafel or shuarma plate, which is also available as a mixed plate or as a pita or tortilla sandwich.*

Die Pitas gibt es auch zum Mitnehmen für den kleinen Hunger und generell ist die Bedienung sehr freundlich und schnell.

*The pita is also available to take away as a small snack and generally the service is very friendly and fast.*

Unter der Woche gibt es auch ein günstigeres Tagesmenü, aber das Beste für mich ist, dass es in diesem Lokal auch meine Lieblingsnachspeise mit türkischen Kaffee gibt. Für Romantiker wird die Baklava auch gerne mit zwei Gabeln serviert. Lecker.

*During the week there is also a cheaper daily menu available, but the best thing for me is that  this restaurant also serves my favorite dessert with Turkish coffee. For romantics the baklava is also served with two forks. Delicious.*
