HOW TO ENABLE TWO FACTOR AUTHENTICATION(2FA) IN POLONIEX & BITTREX EXCHANGES

<p>Hello All Traders,<br>

In order to put an extra security layer on your Bittrex &amp; Poloniex Exchanges, everyone need to enable 2 Factor Authentication from their accounts. This is very important because i am seeing many traders lose their account due to some sort of hacking/phishing. So in the next section I will explain step by step on how to enable 2FA.<br>
<br>
<strong>Steps to enable 2FA:</strong></p>
<p>1. First download "<strong>Google Authenticator</strong>" app from Google Play(Android) or Apple Store(iOS).</p>
<p>2. Open Poloniex/Bittrex Exchange and click "<strong>Two factor Authentication</strong>".</p>
<p>3. Open the app that we installed in 1st step and scan the QR code that is displayed on the right side of the screen.</p>
<h1><em>-This is the most important step-</em></h1>
<p><br></p>
<p>4. At the bottom of QR Code there is a 16 Digit Key. Kindly copy it and put in safe custody because if the cellphone got stolen/erased/app uninstall then you need to give this 16 Digit key to the support.</p>
<p>5. When QR scan is complete, the app generates the 6 Key Code. Type your password along with this 6 digit code and congratulations 2FA is enabled in your account.&nbsp;</p>
