Rabbit in sour cream.

Rabbit washed, cut into pieces a La carte. 1 tbsp. vinegar, diluted in 0.5 liters of water and pour over rabbit. Leave for 3 hours (I left on the balcony, it was freezing)<br>

Drain the water, wipe dry meat, to make longitudinal incisions, and a good seasoning (I put salt, pepper, Basil, coriander, garlic) and simmer for 1 hour to soak.<br>

Fry the rabbit pieces on a well-heated butter.<br>

Fried meat into the cauldron, pour the sour cream, it turns out several layers.<br>
