## Changelog
Now the reason you clicked on this post, here's a list of the things that changed with this new version of Vimm.TV;

#### Getting rid of the noise...
We've cleaned up the chat upvotes notification module a bit for you and your viewer's enjoyment. Notifications will only show upvotes sent from the Vimm UI in order to keep a clean chat during a busy stream.

The delay for notifications has been significantly reduced as well in order to improve the interaction with your viewers.

### Booster Packs!
Steem Monster streamers, can now accept booster packs donations directly from their channel on Vimm. Wanna give it a try? Set your game to *Steem Monsters*, start your stream, and see for yourself!

### Automated curation test phase #1
The @vimm account is now upvoting streams without the need of human interaction, thanks to our Channel Score algorithm. Our plan is to progressively roll out this feature to cover an expanding number of channels as we monitor the curation closely to make the necessary tweaks to improve the distribution if need be.

Our curation team is still manually curating streams, focusing mainly on new channels with low scores to help newcomers earn rewards as they get started on Vimm/Steem.

### Rewarding interaction
We've always believed that in order to create a healthy envorinment for communities to thrive, all parties involved shoud get rewarded for their time and attention. This is why every user with a Steem wallet now receives tokens for interacting with the community on Vimm.TV.

[Gems (VIMM)](https://steem-engine.com/?p=market&t=VIMM) are distributed based on user interaction to create incentive for community growth and user engagement.

**Gems cannot be spent anywhere, YET.**
The tokens will be redeemable for goods and services through Vimm.TV. For now, it can also be traded against STEEM on  [Steem Engine](https://steem-engine.com/?p=market&t=VIMM).

#### Token Distribution
900 Gems in total have been issued to the curation team and will be used for giveaways and other events. The rest will be issued as rewards on Vimm.

We are currently in our first test phase of [Gems (VIMM)](https://steem-engine.com/?p=market&t=VIMM) integration. This is an early distribution model aimed at testing out the features of [Steem Engine](https://steem-engine.com) while giving early adopters a way to start earning some rewards through the platform.

*Actions like chatting and upvoting will generate tokens for both the streamer and the viewer.*

More ways of earning rewards will be implemented as testing progress.
