__The Devil is in the details. Anyone can have an opinion and when it comes to many popular things, everybody seems to have one. But world  doesn't work according to your thoughts. Equations are not going to change and laws don't disappear just because you pretend they don't exist (or worse, completely unaware of them). # A Real Story - Education Via Proximity
__It's a guy who lived somewhat close to my neighborhood and we used to meet about once a week. We went to different schools and he performed not very well when it comes to academics. He wasn't an idiot but very much of a lazy bum when it comes to academics despite having a decent IQ. But there was one subject he was really good at: English as a second language. Especially when it comes to speaking, he was actually participating in language competitions. The reason he was so good at one subject was the same reason we became friends.__

__It was called, movies, Games, TV, Anime.__

__I'm the guy with so many sweet shounen binge watches under my belt and during vacation times I've spent watching 5 movies per day while in middle school. People dropped their jaws when they heard of my entertainment product consumption and this guys was way ahead of me in the game. That's actually how he learnt English; by sticking around.__

## There is More
__This is just one example. I've seen children of businessmen showing more economic/financial/management aptitude than those who have actually learnt the subject. Nepotism isn't generally a good thing. But I know from experience that a kid from  business family who never had any business related education that even perused an entirely different sort of life, can have a good chance of performing much better than someone with a college degree as long as the said work doesn't involve lots of technical knowledge. It's just learning by simply being in the proximity.__

__That's actually how I've gotten to a point where I can sort of figure out what Japanese people are speaking without having subtitles. I've watched thousands of hours of anime with subtitles.__

__This time of shock has arrived and we can already see how legacy systems are attacking and trying to suppress the new innovations. __The things in your life should have a value. What's the point of knowing something that everybody knows about (as long as we are not talking about common sense and basic literacy)? It's specialization that cause a civilization to progress. We had a time where everybody knew how to hunt and aa time where everybody knew how to farm. __Do you want to live there?__

__Look at the people who are learning at colleges and those who have finished and gotten a job. Peel out all the political layers and tell me how they are different. You won't find many differences. They did learn different subjects. But what about all the parties, sports, booze and sex? What about all the money that went into them. Just take a pen and paper and calculate the would be costs if 100  50 students had to pool their money to hire some professors for a few lessons and rent some halls and equipment to learn the material. # That Wasn't Even An Education- Yet You Learnt
__In a free market you could realistically expect to learn from the advertisement alone. You barely spent any time gaining those few points related to being a part of the entertainment industry. You learned them not from some academics but from real people. It's not a scam. You just pay $90 per class for a lifetime or just $180/year to get access to over 35 classes. This is just one example.__

__Learn by being involved in something. Learn from those who have mastered the craft and learn efficiently. You don't need to live in a dorm going to expensive classes. Sometimes an internet connection with a smartphone is enough.__
