FB is closely working with NSA and they have connections/pull which would keep them safe from these kind of things. Constitution isn't even properly respected these days. Even the congress hearings was mostly theatrical and had the massive impact of a slightly updated privacy policy which 99.999999% are going to accept even without reading.
