It's hard to make a proper math related education software. When something like this is attempted it tends to get basic and less useful for those who are already good at math. PTC Mathcad Prime 5 reminds me of some math tools I had with Encarta when I was a kid. The solutions and the way to arrive at those solutions is a great way to reverse engineer math problems to learn the subject in a more practical and dynamic way than just memorizing stuff. 

Interoperability is another great function and I can't point any cons from the software side. Maybe you could make the UI more elegant. But Mathcad Prime 5 is near perfect. But that does come at a cost. 625.00 EUR is a big price. I wish more people used it so the company can try to sell it at a lower price and make up the lost revenue with increased sales volume.
