# The crypto space has been moving so fast lately that I have decided to launch a newly formed VIP Research Team and Research Lab for exclusive members only.

#### These will be PAID POSITIONS, however there are certain terms that apply. I will have a brief content submission form for new projects in a separate post. The structure of the research team will be as follows:
##### 1) Lead Researcher 👨‍💻 (FILLED)
##### 2) Mad Scientist 👨‍🔬 (FILLED)
##### 3) Lab Technicians 👨‍🔧 (3 Positions Open)

## Payment Structure:
##### - Small monthly salary PLUS commissions for strong leads (5% of profit on large trades)
##### - Payouts in cryptocurrency, whichever is most cost effective at the time as gas fees for ETH can be quite high.
##### - When possible I will use https://sablier.finance to create payout streams for established researchers. This allows me to pay people the crypto of their choice in real time.
