Add More Tool and Language For All Country In Lightshot

#### Components
Lightshot is an application that serves as a screen capture. Any good application must have its own shortcomings, I think there are some components that are lacking in this application. 

#### Proposal
My proposal for Lightshot is to add more tools such as adding Ovals, Triangles and adding language to all countries.

#### Mockups / Examples

Language selection during installation process is too less.

#### Benefits
Adding more languages to all countries will be very influential to add users to this app. Add more tools to make users more satisfied as they can edit by using more tools.
