Esta es mi primera publicación en esta comunidad, espero les guste lo que compartiré hoy, pero antes les hablaré que me gusta preparar bebidas con frutas naturales de distintos sabores ya que tengo un niño y siempre trato de brindarle una alimentación sana.  Por eso, creo fiel y ciegamente que la alimentación vegetariana, es completamente compatible con buenas condiciones de salud, porque ésta proporciona a nuestro cuerpo todos los nutrientes alimenticios necesarios de manera cualicuantitativa. 

Además, comer sano resulta menos tóxico y nos garantiza los mejores elementos para un mejor crecimiento, desarrollo y una vida longeva con mayor bienestar y energía. 

Mi preparación fue unas Sabrosas Croquetas de arvejas cuyo nombre científico Pisum sativum con papa rayada . La arveja es una fuente natural de Vitamina B, calcio ayudando al fortalecimiento y crecimiento de nuestros huesos, además , posee alto contenido de proteínas las cuales actúan en la recuperación muscular , también es una antioxidante natural previniendo enfermedades degenerativas o el envejecimiento prematuro.
En casa siempre comemos granos en distintas presentaciones : sopa, crema, croquetas, entre otros, porque además de ser muy sabrosas nos ayudan a mantenernos sanos y fuertes. 

Sin más que agregar, les invito a preparar conmigo estas deliciosas croquetas de arveja con papa rayada.

This is my first publication in this community, I hope you like what I will share today, but first I will tell you that I like to prepare drinks with natural fruits of different flavors since I have a child and I always try to give him a healthy diet.  Therefore, I believe faithfully and blindly that vegetarian food is completely compatible with good health conditions, because it provides our body with all the necessary nutrients in a qualitative and quantitative way. 

In addition, eating healthy is less toxic and guarantees us the best elements for better growth, development and a long life with greater well-being and energy. 

My preparation was a tasty pea croquettes whose scientific name is Pisum sativum with striped potato. The pea is a natural source of Vitamin B, calcium helping the strengthening and growth of our bones, it also has high protein content which act in muscle recovery, it is also a natural antioxidant preventing degenerative diseases or premature aging.
At home we always eat grains in different presentations: soup, cream, croquettes, among others, because besides being very tasty they help us to stay healthy and strong. 

Without further ado, I invite you to prepare with me these delicious pea croquettes with grated potato.
