Es grato estar con ustedes nuevamente, el día de hoy quiero mostrarle la preparación de un té con toronjil, malojillo y limón para subir nuestras defensas y así estar menos propensos a enfermarnos. Es muy sencillo de hacer y con ingredientes que normalmente disponemos en casa.

El limón es una fruta muy versátil usada para preparar bebidas medicinales ya que posee un alto contenido de vitamina c.

Por otro lado el malojillo y el toronjil son plantas que generalmente tenemos en nuestro jardín y desconocemos el potencial medicinal que contienen entre lo que más destacan es reforzar nuestro sistema inmunológico blindándolo ante la presencia de virus.

Espero les ayude y se animen a hacerlo.
