En esta ocasión deseo compartirles mis avances del reto logra tu peso ideal de los primeros 45 días de mi entrada. Es de mencionar , que durante este tiempo he cambiado paulatinamente mis hábitos alimenticios , he reducido el consumo de grasas y comida chatarra por una dieta más saludable , como pescado , verduras y frutas.

On this occasion I want to share with you my progress in the challenge achieve your ideal weight of the first 45 days of my entry. Durante estos días ha sido un poco más llevadera la dieta baja en grasa en ciertas ocasiones comía banana con avena en diferentes presentaciones , como puré de banana con avena, atol (avena cocida con canela) y las barras energética de banana con hojuelas de avena y coco ,además, en otras oportunidades comía algo que me encanta mucho que es el pan de los indígena como se conoce tradicional el casabe el cual acompañaba con banana aunque a veces también lo tostaba con margarina y ajo, también arepa de maíz asada con avena y en oportunidades le agregaba zanahoria.

Ahora bien , les puedo confesar que he visto ciertos avances en la medida que ha pasado el tiempo ya que anteriormente tenía una tremenda maleta (panza) en la cual había demasiado equipaje alimenticio(jeje) , pero en esta ocasión rebajé un poco más mi panza ya que anteriormente tenía 105 cm de abdomen y ahora tengo 103 cm.

Las razones que me motiva a seguir en este maravilloso reto es poder disfrutar a través de una disciplina alimenticia sana y balanceada acompañada de una rutina de ejercicios con el propósito de tener una buena medida de salud , además, lograr conseguir el peso ideal e implementar un estilo de vida saludable fomentando así de esta manera una cultura saludable y porqué no rebajar esa panza y tener un abdomen plano.

The reasons that motivate me to continue in this wonderful challenge is to enjoy through a healthy and balanced dietary discipline accompanied by an exercise routine in order to have a good measure of health, in addition, to achieve the ideal weight and implement a healthy lifestyle thus promoting a healthy culture and why not lower that belly and have a flat stomach.

En cuanto a la rutina de ejercicios no las pude ejecutar ya que atravesé un problema de salud específicamente Covid , pero gracias a Dios como dijo el Apóstol Pablo que a los que aman a Dios todas las cosas les ayuda a bien y hoy me encuentro bien por su amor y misericordia. Les confieso que ya comencé mi entrenamiento con caminatas al aire libre con la finalidad de fortalecer mi capacidad pulmonar y sencillos ejercicios de respiración hasta poder alcanzar mi máximo nivel.

Ruego al Eterno me siga dando fortaleza para seguir avanzando en este reto más que un concurso algo personal con el firme propósito de lograr mi peso ideal que estoy seguro que con mucha constancia, determinación y pasión sé que lo lograré y llegaré hasta la meta final corriendo no como a la ventura sino con la mirada puesta en el blanco hacia una vida sana con buenos hábitos alimenticios.

Si hay algo que he aprendido durante este tiempo en este reto es que la fuerza de la voluntad juega un papel preponderante en nuestras vidas para alcanzar aquellos objetivos que nos trazamos en la vida , permítanme hacer esta analogía con el águila y la tortuga , un día se diseño una carrera para ver quien llegaba a la cima de la montaña, el águila salió volando a mil , sin embargo la tortuga con pasos lentos pero seguros también emprendió su carrera , adivinen? El águila llegó toda exhausta mientras que la tortuga mucho tiempo después también llegó a la cima y el águila le pregunta cómo llegaste tan relajada mientras yo estoy muriendo del cansancio , donde la tortuga le responde ,mi meta era llegar y lo hice no como a la aventura sino con paciencia pero con pasos firmes y seguro.
