Why this post is good for my self esteemit, ashamed but posting it!

Hello all,

Let me start by saying thanks for stopping by.

My name anonymous ... my real name i am choosing to keep secret simply because I am embarrassed about my current situation, however I realise steemit might give me the ability to change my situation through funding. Is that wrong of me? I dunno, but what I do know is from what I have seen on and more importantly what the steemit community can give to those who truly need it, might give me the opportunity to change my current situation and improve my life for myself and my family quite dramatically and possibly over night! Please it is important to know I am not trying to raise funds for myself its for my family. My wife would probably just die if she knew i posted this, she is very proud. I would like to keep this a secret and use any possible funding to surprise my family with any upgrades or possibly new accommodation who knows.

I don't really want to go into to much detail so this is the short of it I hope you don't mind.... A couple years ago I lost my job and in all honesty was not prepared for it. I live in South Africa and if anyone does a little googleing you will find unemployment to be quite a big problem.

After I was retrenched I have manged to work on and off but never truly recovered and my situation just gets more difficult as employment in the real world still eludes me. this is actually why I am writing this very post and how I have ended up dabbling in the world of crypto to earn a income. It's not easy trust me but rewarding enough to survive.

Currently I live in a 3x4m Wendy house with my wife and 3 year old son. We have a adopted street dog who we love a ton. This is why I am reaching out to the steemit community to please help myself and my family out of this situation.

It's tough to struggle and it's even more difficult to put your pride in your pocket and sometimes as for help. But I believe this is possibly the time and place to get the small break myself and my family need to improve our situation by simply sharing our story.

@virtashare , You have a leg up on the rest of us in here because you know about web design and development. A lot of the techie folks on Steemit are making big bucks writing about techie stuff. Even bigger is an opportunity for you to join the Slack community here on Steemit and find out what web dev projects they need here. I have seen more than a few techies make $4 to 5k on one post where they unveil a cool website project that supports Steemit in some way.So make something for Steemit on the Web and then write about it afterwards as a way of presenting it to the Steemit community. :)

Also virtashare, I know you are probably busy working for your software clients but if you can take a 15 min break from that work every or hour or so and write a little bit at a time then you will have one interesting article  to post here on Steemit each day. Perhaps you can write articles about how to do web design and SEO for best results and advise on best tools as article that I'm sure a lot of techie folks here and biz folks will find helpful and will get you lots of upvotes. It might even get you noticed by @ned and @dan . :)

Also take a few minutes every day to upvote those articles you find interesting here. It's important to do something every day on Steemit even it's just a little bit each day.
