<li>Not listening to the market</li>
<li>Forgetting the obvious: why do everyone need your token</li>
<li>misunderstanding regulation (both real and imagined)</li>
<li>Not having a great team</li>
<li>Mismatched or ill-timed marketing</li>
<li>Not getting on the road</li>
<li>David Letterman- Not being ready to be obsessively consumed with the process</li>
