Hola a Todos💕💕 
El día quiero compartirle un chequeo que quise hacerme para ver como estoy en Press banca. Uno ejercicio compuesto buenisimo para la ganancia de fuerza y masa muscular en tu tren superior, sobre en el pecho, hombros y tríceps. 

Me mantuve haciendo máximo de 10 reps, ya que quiero ver cuánto kilos puedo manejar yo sola, mi fuerza. Más adelante le estaré compartiendo mi proceso y mi planficación para mejorar mi marca personal y entrenamiento. Si tienen la oportunidad de realizar ejercicios compuestos, se los recomiendo para tu salud física,aumentar masa muscular y ganancia de fuerza.

Es importante tener a alguien que te ayude cuando estás trabajando pesado para evitar accidentes y lesiones, tanto para colocar más peso como para cuando quieres hacer altas repeticiones, ya que llegarás de estar en punto que el músculo que agota y necesitarás esa pequeña ayuda para realizar esa última repetción.


Y nunca se olviden de acondicionar su cuerpo para cualquier tipo de entrenamiento. Y estirar un poco al finalizar su entrenamiento para tener buena movilidad siempre.[](Link)

The day I want to share with you a checkup I wanted to do to see how I'm doing on Bench Press. One buenisimo compound exercise for strength gain and muscle mass in your upper body, about in chest, shoulders and triceps. 

I kept doing 10 reps max, as I want to see how much weight I can handle on my own, my strength. Later I will be sharing with you my process and my planning to improve my personal best and training. If you have the opportunity to do compound exercises, I recommend it for your physical health, increase muscle mass and strength gain.

It is important to have someone to help you when you are working heavy to avoid accidents and injuries, both to place more weight and when you want to do high reps, because you will get to the point where the muscle is exhausted and you will need that little help to perform that last rep.


And never forget to condition your body for any type of workout. And stretch a little at the end of your workout to always have good mobility.

Siii. Ya llevamos 10 posts en total que hemos hecho entrenando, en mi perfil los ves si gustas! También la comunidad de nosotros que era PukuMundo ahora se llama PKM y es dedicada al Training y al gym para que sepas jeje bienvenida por allá cuando gustes publicar. Y si, desde febrero he estado en el gym y ha Sido genial porque como te había comentado, quería retornar. Igualmente ^^
