Aptos: Future Boom or Bust?
Hi HODLers,

Except if you have been living udner a rock, you have heard about Aptos' recent run. As I had no idea what it was but it seemed it was getting traction, I have started to do some research.

The following blog post is just some of my thoughts about the crypto and project. This is **not financial advice** and not even some deep research as I have spent a relatively low amount of time on it. Nevertheless, I still hope you will enjoy it!

Below you will find the video of Aptos by CoinBureau. **Knowing where to find information is very important in the Crypto World and I believe CoinBureau is a reliable and trustful source.**

He raises a lot of issues about the project. From unclear data, to VC funding it, weird founders and overstating their number of employees, upcoming vesting schedule, etc...

Funnily their name was inspired by a Californian beach town as... Solana. You can't make this shit up!

As we have seen, **Aptos did pump but that does not mean it is a serious project for the long run.** Remember Bitconnect, Solana, LUNA...

Vesting is going to increase in upcoming months.

#### DeFi Snapshot

I was quite shocked to see that despite the strong presence of Aptos in the Crypto medias/ CT, the DeFi TVL was so small.

#### Top 10 DeFi Dapps

Interestingly, PancakeSwap has decided to move to the Aptos blockchain. It is on ETH, BNB and Aptos. PancakeSwap being a very solid dapp, this is quite surprising. I would't be surprised if we find out PancakeSwap's team and some of Aptos' members are acquaitances.

#### Current Market Cap

Current Market Cap of $2.7bn! Fully Diluted of $17bn+!

#### Conclusion

I believe Aptos is overrated on so many front that I wouldn't have enough of 10 blog posts to explain. This has been pumped and REKT a LOT of users as may did see that this was overvalued.

Unfortunately, these schemes are very good at liquidating shortsellers and pumping their token, so Beware.

I will probably never be long $APT and opening a short position could be something I will do veyr soon.
