Hello Hivians, I hope you are all having a great weekend. Lately I have been thinking a lot about how we can make this HIVE social experiment work as I see a lot of underrated content creators with not a lot of upvotes.  I do not want to blame anyone for this as this has been a structural headwind for STEEM previously and HIVE now. I personally believe we need to decentralize curation and leave it to **humans**. They will curate according to their interests. The smaller we make these *delegations pie pieces*, the better the curation and split of the HIVE pool will be.  #### But guess what? We have created Communities and the more we will have the better the rewards will be split. I would therefore like to call big stakeholders (either investors, old-time STEEM member or witnesses) to DELEGATE to trusted community members in order to **Share the Hive Love** to many great content creators. You are right. Some content creator can actually be discouraged if spending a lot of times in creating quality content and later found out that their post is not even recognize in the community not to talk of been upvoted. People with lot of hp should try delegating to trusted community like you said in order to fosterthe growth also and not discouraged newbies also
