Forget about your blog and read someone else's. Some of my favorite steemit bloggers.

  I ask everyone else to take a moment and look at the other content on here. Look through your feed, maybe unfollow content that doesn't interest you, and upvote the other people who create content you like.  It's a shame that it's so easy to forget that the point of posting a song, story, blog entry, or photo is for the benefit of other people. This system is only worth something if we are all enjoying each other's content.

I'm going to highlight a few of the people I follow on here who's content I enjoy. Worth noting is that none of these people are big earners on the platform at this time. They do this because they like it. Give them a look, upvote if you like.

When I first started on steemit I was primarily posting photos I have accumulated. @juliank regularly publishes photos that catch my eye. with a small entry to go along with the photos they are a great example of quality photography content on here.
Also the developer of the @photocontests which supports other photographers.  I even won some sbd once!

@zeitlini 
Posts a combination of wonder travel photography and original works of art. She often posts the chance to win some of her works just for helping promote her.

Is very interested in the future of this platform and helping it grow. Also he knows cars and can give good advice.  Owns a unique offroading vehicle that I don't really know how to describe.

There is a lot of great content on this platform once you find it. If we support the good stuff then this platform will surely grow. We just need to remember to support others as we would like for ourselves.

One last thing. I'm not going to go into great detail about purchased upvotes because it's a complicated subject which I myself have conflicting feelings on, ( You'll see I have purchased votes to promote this post) but I thought I should mention @treeplanter because in sending them money you are supporting a good cause and you get an upvote in return.

You are on to something here. Wrll, I am naturally an avid reader so reading others content doesn't come as a challenge for me, if anything that's practically most of what I do when online. 
I think it would be so much fun if people did the same too.
I think you could have shared more bloggers on your list though.
Short and Precise gets the point home too I guess :)

I could have shared more but some of them are so well known it's not really needed. I really stuck to the ones that I go back to more than once. I'm sure I'll do a post like this again. 

My next step is actually going to be to unfollow some people who blogs I'm not interested in.

I'm following a lot of people (maybe too many) but most of them don't post very often and following people is a good way to get followers.
