Each day more in conflict?

If you follow the mainstream media and believe them for their word it's hard not to fear. Fear for your safety, health, life. It's easy to end up in a disagreement since it's easy to be blamed, called a terrorist, liar or idiot by those who suffer from anxiety. Judges make it even easier now justice came to an end. Discrimination is no longer an issue. The government and media show how to do it. It's astonishing how fast norms and values are forgotten if fear possesses someone. 

If you hear one sound only the truth is manipulated. It can be ignored, it can be fought. No majority of people is needed to win the battle. The worst that can happen today is to get depressed, give up on yourself or be at war with yourself.  The more conflict you have to deal with the harder it is to put a hold on it. It's wise not to ignore your true feelings. 

How to rescue yourself? By keeping yourself safe and sane. Let the news be. True, we all like to stay updated feel in a way we have to. We need to leave our house. We work, the children visit school and groceries are needed. 

Important is to know yourself. If you cannot stop thinking, have sleepless nights, start blaming, hating your family, friends and you are always aggressive in a fight it's time to change. You need to detox urgently. Stop listening/reading the news. Get rid of the paper, tv, radio, pc and your phone. You'll see the sun still shines, you learn how to relax and the quality of life increases. There's no need to fear you miss something. There's always someone who loves to keep you updated.
