Днями я вирішив відпочити, взяв відпустку та відправився подалі від міського шуму та безкінечної кількості людей навколо. Колись я читав про черговий челендж від @teamukraine на тему "Як побороти депресію", але не прийняв участь, адже не знав які ліки для цього найкраще підходять, а вигадувати всілякі безглузді речі не хотілось. >The other day I decided to relax, take a vacation and go away from the city noise and the endless number of people around. I once read about another challenge from @teamukraine on "How to overcome depression", but did not participate, because I did not know what drugs are best for this, and I did not want to invent all sorts of silly things.  І так, останній період у мене був досить депресивний стан. Чи то осінь дала про себе знати, чи перевтома від роботи, але мені практично нічого не хотілось робити. І майже нічого мене не радувало. Звичайно, були позитивні моменти та приводи посміхнутись, але ось ця порожнеча всередині давала про себе знати кожного дня. >And yes, the last period I had a pretty depressed state. Whether autumn made itself felt or tired from work, I wanted to do almost nothing. And almost nothing pleased me. Of course, there were positive moments and reasons to smile, but this emptiness inside made itself felt every day.  Вирішив, що мені потрібно перезавантажитись. І що найкраще для будь-якої людини? Звичайно, що кардинальна зміна картинки навколо. Не довго думаючи було вирішено їхати в гори та провести там деякий час. Адже гірська тиша та неймовірні крєвиди здатні вилікувати будь яку душу та ввести тебе в стан медитації, навіть, якщо ти не практикував та не планував подібне. Кажу це саме з власного досвіду та саме після поїздки. >I decided that I needed to reboot. And what is best for anyone? Of course, that drastically changes the picture around. Without hesitation, it was decided to go to the mountains and spend some time there. After all, mountain silence and incredible crevices can heal any soul and put you in a state of meditation, even if you have not practised or planned such a thing. I say this from my own experience and after the trip.   Їхали ми близько трьох годин із невеликими зупинками на автомобілі. Заселились в готель неподалік Синевиру близько другої години дня та відправились одразу гуляти по околицям. Знаєте,це неймовірний стан, коли ти йдеш безлюдною дорогою, а із усього шуму навколо тільки маленька річка дає про себе знати. Дорога до озера близьк 1,5км вгору, пройшли досить швидко та легко, а потім не повірили власним очам, що це справжній краєвид, а не фотографія після фотошопу. >We drove for about three hours with short stops by car. We checked into a hotel near Synevyr around 2 pm and immediately went for a walk around the neighbourhood. You know, it's an incredible state when you walk on a deserted road, and out of all the noise around, only a small river makes itself felt. The road to the lake is about 1.5 km up, passed quickly and easily, and then did not believe with their own eyes that this is a real landscape, not a photo after Photoshop.  Синевиир — найбільше озеро Українських Карпат. Озеро вважається найцікавішим об'єктом Національного природного парку «Синевир» і є однією з візитних карток Українських Карпат. Воно розташоване на висоті 989 метрів над рівнем моря, має середню площу 4—5 гектарів, його середня глибина становить 8—10 м, максимальна — 22-24 м. Через значну висоту над рівнем моря і порівняну глибоководність навіть у найтепліші дні прогріваються лише верхні 1—2 метри озера до максимальної температури 11-13°С. >Synevyr is the largest lake in the Ukrainian Carpathians. The lake is considered to be the most interesting object of the Synevyr National Nature Park and is one of the business cards of the Ukrainian Carpathians. It is located at an altitude of 989 meters above sea level, has an average area of 4-5 hectares, its average depth is 8-10 m, maximum - 22-24 m. 1-2 meters of the lake to a maximum temperature of 11-13°C.  Флора і фауна озера і навколишніх територій досить різноманітна. Тут водяться гірська козуля, європейський олень, ведмідь, рись, вовк, лисиця, борсук, горностай. У прозорій воді озера добре почуваються форель озерна, райдужна та струмкова. На прибережному просторі поширені близько 90 видів рослин занесених до Червоної книги України. >The flora and fauna of the lake and surrounding areas are quite diverse. Here are found mountain roe deer, European deer, bear, lynx, wolf, fox, badger, ermine. Lake, rainbow and brook trout feel good in the clear water of the lake. About 90 species of plants listed in the Red Book of Ukraine are distributed in the coastal area.    Краєвиди відзначаються надзвичайною мальовничістю й величністю. Стрімкі схили, вкриті стрункими ялинами, вік яких становить 140—160 років, спадають прямо до водної поверхні. Посередині озера розмістився, немов зіниця блакитного ока, невеликий острівець площею всього кілька метрів. Звідси і народна назва озера — Морське Око. >The landscapes are extremely picturesque and majestic. Steep slopes covered with slender spruces, which are 140-160 years old, fall directly to the water surface. In the middle of the lake is located, like the pupil of the blue eye, a small island only a few meters. Hence the popular name of the lake - Sea-Eye.
