The time I bought the shrimp was in the evening, so I warmed the shrimp with a little oil.

What I need to cook shrimp curry are tomatoes, onion, garlic, ginger, green chilies, Parsley, salt, Spice powder, Turmeric powder and oil.

Wash the tomatoes and cut them into small pieces.
Peel the onion and slice it thinly.
Garlic is peeled and crushed.
Ginger is peeled and crushed.
Cut the green chilies into small pieces.
Parsley is washed and broken.

After doing that, put oil in an electric pan and add tomatoes, onion, garlic, ginger, turmeric powder, salt and spice powder and fried it until it was absorbed.

After cooking those things into yolks, I added Shrimp and green chilies.
Then add some water and cover the pan for a while.

ကြက်သွန်ဖြူ ကို အခွံခွါပြီး ထုထောင်းထားတယ်။
ဂျင်း ကို အခွံခွါပြီး ထုထောင်းထားတယ်။
ငရုတ်သီးစိမ်း ကို သေးသေးလေးတွေ ကိုက်ထားတယ်။
နံနံပင် ကို ရေးဆေးပြီး ချိုးထားတယ်။

အဲဒါတွေ လုပ်ပြီးတော့ လျှပ်စစ်ဒယ်အိုး ထဲ ဆီ ထည့်ပြီး ခရမ်းချဉ်သီး၊ ကြက်သွန်နီ၊ ကြက်သွန်ဖြူ၊ ဂျင်း၊ နနွင်းမှုန့်၊ ဆား နှင့် ဟင်းခတ်အချိုမှုန့် တို့ကို ပေါင်းထည့်ကာ ကျေညက်အောင် ကြော်ချက်လိုက်တယ်။

ထိုအရာတွေ အနှစ်ဖြစ်အောင် ချက်ပြီးတော့ ပုဇွန်တွေ၊ ငရုတ်သီးစိမ်းတွေ ထည့်လိုက်တယ်။
ပြီးတော့ ရေ အနည်းငယ် ထည့်ပြီး ဒယ်အိုး ကို ခဏ အဖုံး အုပ်ပေးထားတယ်။

ပုဇွန်ဟင်း ကျက်ပြီဆိုမှ ထိုဟင်း ထဲသို့ နံနံပင်လေးတွေ ထည့်လိုက်တယ်။
ခဏနေတော့ ပုဇွန်ဟင်း ကို ပန်းကန်ပြား ထဲ ခပ်ထည့်ကာ စားလို့ရပြီပေါ့။
