Worst type of laziness!
<div class="text-justify">

Last week, I was meeting with a friend. She mentioned about her problem in work: She works in human resource department. Two days ago, there was some issue with the process, an employee resigned after two days of working, but the department has already helped that employee submit provident fund, his sudden resignation will cause a certain economic loss.

Her boss has some problem with her, with this opportunity, the boss punishes her with: If this part of the money can’t get back from the employee, she will have to bear the company loss, demerit once, and cancel year-end bonus.

She felt wronged, feels like want to resign.

There will always be problems in our work; when have a problem, the key is to solve the problem. I help her summarize and suggested that she take legal action or other ways to recover the loss.

About job-hopping, I also ask her some questions:

Are you suitable for the job?

If not, why? Lack of working ability, unfamiliar work, or interpersonal disorder?

If suitable, what can you gain from this job, will there be a long-term promotion?

Is there a role model for the job, and what is their success?

In the same position, can you accumulate experience in this position and help you add value? If you change jobs, taking from your previous job experience to make a market measurement, will it help you find a better job?

If you change jobs just because of the environment, with the similar job, you will still have to face the same problem. Those who job-hopping for job-hopping; those kinds of job that makes you get no promotion is the equivalent of a spinning top, whipped by work, but still spinning in the same spot.

Don’t change jobs because you want to avoid current job, but change job for growth.

Our life now we have been lazy, avoid thinking about the problem in reality.

Many people are pretending to work hard, starting the so-called check-in, reading, sports, learning English but not really improve.
Every day comfort yourself: Alas, I have done a lot of things today! But in fact, you didn't change anything!”

Maybe you are not lazy to act, but lazy to think, never think before action, do things with feeling, in the end, has nothing.

How to overcome the lazy thinking? There are several ways to share with you:

## 1. Experience first
If you want to do something and don't know how to do it, let the person who has done it take you to experience, tell you the way in the process of experience or give you motivation and thinking.

For example, if your English is not good, maybe you are not interested in English, can’t find a way to learn; can’t find motivation to learn, then you can follow some of your friends who good at it and take you to an English gathering, and meet some foreign friends, experience the fun of interact with foreign friends.

If you really do not know how to start, find a trusted teacher, and ask him/her to teach you.

## 2. Break down the target
Our lazy thinking, because there is the nature of the advantages and disadvantages, for complex things, we will choose to avoid them.

So we can break it down and find an entry point.

For example, like writing a post, people who have been through writing know it's painful, need to repeatedly make changes, but you have to think about how to write, how to complete a high-quality post.

First of all, break the task into a smaller section, choose a topic, then list the frame, and then do research. Spend some time to write the first part, and then the second part, until the end. You don’t have to perfect it; just a draft will do. Then take a look and make changes, ask for comments and modify.

If your topic and framework are more complete, then the work of enriching content is relatively simple.

When doing something, it’s normal for us to be afraid. Decompose first, then find the entry point, after you take the first step, everything will be easier.

You will find that when you are going to overcome the lazy thinking and have a strong sense of action and execution, everything will become lightweight, bright, clear, and simple as you about to do something.

We all want to be efficient, we all want to succeed, but our efforts are not necessarily have return. We also need to overcome the lazy thinking, find a method, deliberate practice, repeatedly follow the process, adhere to, slowly, we will notice our growth.
