US Appeals Court Make Their Own Rules

While everyone was focused on the Bill Gates and Fauci's pandemic, a new angle on the interpretation of the second amendment comes from the US appeals court as they tout it only applies to you when at home and not for public carry and protection.

> _“there is no right to carry arms openly in public; nor is any such right within the scope of the Second Amendment.”_

These rulings come with the backing of the illegal Biden Administration and their communist restrictive second amendment policies.

But thankfully not all judges cave to the Biden Administration tyranny.

Judge Diarmuid O’Scannlain proclaimed the rulings, "_unprecedented as it is extreme_" and how they "_undermine not only the Constitution’s text but also half a millennium of Anglo-American legal history_." 

In addition, he claimed they have gone against the US Supreme Court and _“the foundational principles of American popular sovereignty itself.”_

The NRA also stated these new ruling by the 9th Circuit affects right to carry laws in AK, HI, CA, AZ, OR, WA and MT.

Thank goodness individual states can write their own laws that will counteract this ruling.  Of the affected states I think I can guess which ones are going to do that immediately.

Agree.  One of the reason we recently moved off Coast and up into the mountain areas away from it.  CA, OR, WA are toast.

I think we are going to see more and more of this moving away from inhospitable states happening in the near future.  I know it sounds a bit mean, but it really wouldn't bother me if they went ahead and divided the US into separate countries at this point.  I realize that this wont happen but in my mind we see states counteracting so much of what the federal government mandates that it kind of makes me wonder what the point of the federal govt actually is other than bombing other countries, of course.
