Today I'm mentoring two representatives and one of the representatives on the phone call is providing missing important information to a medical billing representative. The learning process has been painful using the beta system that we were instructed new trainees will be exclusively using. 

I struggle with needing to access the old system for parts of my research on calls. I feel bad for these representatives who are being released on their own in two weeks with this as their only tool for researching claims. 

When assisting members it's vital to ask members probing questions to effectively research the member's issues.  The new representatives don't have a lot of experience with medical terminology. One representative seldom goes to the doctor.  The benefits of being young and healthy are his.

Tomorrow is another day and it is Friday. I look forward to this weekend and some time to rest and recuperate!

Due to a migraine, I missed the weekly staking contest in Alive Tribe, but I staked 10 Alive  anyway to continue reaching my goals.

Today was #HPUD and I'm happy that I was able to power up 10 Hive today.  So far I've managed to participate each month this year.  I plan on participating every month in 2023.
