Sigo con ese recorrido a la gastronomía de la tierra donde vivo ya desde hace casi seis años… ‘La terreta’, tierra de arroces y naranjos.

Una paella hecha por una experta arrocera que hace que cualquier cosa que pruebes en un restaurante sea un arroz del montón… y es que no hay nada como comerse una paella de alguien que lleva toda la vida haciendo arroces, ¡porque la practica en este tipo de cocina es lo más importante! 

Paella valencia para los domingos… ¿hay mejor plan?
