Queso de Senz

Ya hace varios años que acabamos nuestra etapa en Aragón, una de las mejores etapas de mi vida y de la que tengo grandísimos recuerdos. 

No solo recuerdos, gran cantidad de amigos y otra gran cantidad de lugares preciosos a los que me encantaría volver.

Pues bien, una de las parejas que conocimos durante esos años en Huesca nos han visitado estos días y nos han traído un regalazo que estamos deseando volver a probar.

Aquí os lo muestro, uno de los mejores quesos de toda la comunidad, concretamente de la localidad de Senz. Quesería propiedad de una de las familias de ex-alumnos que hace este queso, que está tremendo.
