Absolutely, it's meant to be an alternative view, not a direct competitor. They're on the same blockchain, use the same content, the same rewards pools, and has the same users. Users can pick and choose which platform they want to use, whether that's steemit.com, busy.org, eSteem (mobile app), and now chainbb. It's all one big happy blockchain family :)
