# Greetings dear hivers

Hello dear hivers, cordial greetings to all, wishing you all the best, I hope you are well and healthy, encouraged to be here again this community of @empowertalent. It is a pleasure to be participating in the initiative of my dear friend @angelica7 , which invites this week in Encuentro de Talentos , with the theme Life is a journey, because when reflecting on this I insist that all our stages that we go through in our life brings us learning that we must apply to make our journey a pleasant one, is with our positive attitude. 


In our journey through life, we are climbing mountains and personally I carry a light baggage full of adventures, joys and good attitude. Well, with each stage I have lived has been a journey of 51 years full of triumphs, falls, many joys and disappointments, which brought me learning that make me a strong and fortunate woman. Now, each stage from the most recent until today I have lived it to the fullest, at the present time I am retired because I dedicated 20 years to education. 

That is why I consider that in the journey we have many stages, we finish one to start others. I will always remember it as a wonderful journey full of challenges, where I taught many teenagers and from them I also learned.  

 In this season of retirement I have a lot of free time and now I dedicate a lot of time to enjoy my family and friends, the relationships with them have allowed me to fill my soul with happiness, because now I dedicate more time to them. Every weekend, I get together to share with them outdoors or any other recreational place, be it shopping malls, bars or cafes. 


One of my favorite places is going to the beach, I like to share in this environment that recharges us with good vibes and is so beneficial for our mental and physical health, I take the opportunity to enjoy the soft sand, the saline water that contains iodine, and is so good for the skin, sunbathing getting vitamin D, I was born in this coastal city and since I was little my mother brought me along with my brothers from there was born the love for the sea. So those memories of my childhood come to my mind and there is a magical connection.

In this free time I dedicate to myself, because I am in tune with the sport, something so important that we should do, any physical exercise that we like, I like to do long walks, in this journey in each step I go for my reconsolidation with my body and well being adding kilometers to my life, having the determination to feel healthy, and making this journey lighter and more pleasant.
 

  
En fin, el viaje de  la vida, es la vida en si, de como la vivimos y como tomamos esas decisiones para llevarla con buena actitud.   Espero que les haya gustado mi entrada y el viaje de   mi vida.  ¡Gracias por su atención !

[Spanish,Here]> Hola estimados hivers,  un cordial saludos a todos, deseandoles lo mejor, espero esten bién y saludables, animada de estar aquí nuevamente esta comunidad de @empowertalent. Es grato estar participando en la iniciativa de mi querida amiga @angelica7 , la cual invita esta semana en Encuentro de Talentos , con el Tema La vida es un viaje,  pues al reflexionar de esto insisto en que todas nuestras etapas que vamos pasando en nuestra vida, nos trae aprendizajes que debemos aplicar para que nuestro viaje sea placentero, que es con nuestra actitud positiva. 
En nuestro viaje por la vida, vamos escalando montañas y personalmente llevo un equipaje liviano  lleno de aventuras, alegrías y buena actitud. Pues con cada etapa que he vivido, la cual  ha sido un viaje de 51 años llenos de triunfos, caídas muchas alegrías y desfortunios, en las cuales me trajeron aprendizajes que me hacen una mujer fuerte y afortunada. Ahora bien, cada etapa desde la más reciente hasta hoy la he vivido a plenitud. En la actulidad, estoy jubilada pues dediqué 20 años A la educación. Por eso considero que en el viaje tenemos muchas etapas, finalizamos una para comenzar otras. Siempre la recordaré como un viaje maravilloso llenos de desafios, en donde enseñé a muchos adolescentes y de ellos también aprendí.  En esta estación de jubilada tengo mucho tiempo libre y ahora me dedico a disfrutar muchísimo de mi familia y amigos, las relaciones con ellos, me han permitido llenar mi alma de felicidad, pues ahora dedico más tiempo a ellos. Todos los fines de semana, me reuno a compartir con ellos al aire libre u otro lugar recreativo, sea centro comerciales, bares o cafeterias. Uno de mis lugares favoritos es ir a la playa, me gusta compartir en este ambiente que nos recarga   de buenas vibras y es tan beneficio  para nuestra salud mental y física, aprovecho para disfrutar de la arena suave, de el agua salinisada que contiene iodo, y es tan bueno para la piel, tomar el sol obteniendo la vitamina D,  yo nací en esta cuidad costera y desde pequeña mi madre me traía junto con mis hermanos de allí nació el amor por el mar. Así que esas remembrazas de mi etapa de niñez vienen a mi mente trayendo una conexión mágica.
En este tiempo libre me dedico a mi misma, pues estoy en sintonía con el deporte, algo tan importante que debemos hacer, cualquier ejercicio físico que más nos guste, a mi me gusta hacer caminatas largas y rápidas, en este viaje de  cada paso que doy, para mi reconsoliación con mi cuerpo y bienestar sumando kilometros  a mi vida,  teniendo la determinación de sentirme saludable, y haciendo este viaje más liviano y placentero.  
En fin, el viaje de  la vida, es la vida en si, de como la vivimos y como tomamos esas decisiones para llevarla con buena actitud.   Espero que les haya gustado mi entrada y el viaje de   mi vida.  ¡Gracias por su atención !

La playa es un lugar espectacular y la verdad extraño el poder ir a una, a ver cuando tenga el chance otra vez de hacerlo.

La vida es un viaje y debemos disfrutar cada etapa, unas más difíciles que otras, pero todas suman aprendizajes. 

La playa es un sitio ideal para despejarse y recargar energías. Es extraordinario contemplar ese paisaje.

Si mi amiga, la vida es tan efímera y hay que disfrutarla como a uno le gusta sanamente, lamentable q muchos se dan cuenta cuando están en un momento dificil, gracias por pasar.
