Hola a la comunidad de catarsis espero que esté tendiendo un buen día.                       Porque duele tanto terminar con una persona? Estos días me cuesta mucho comer, intentar dormir o querer hacer ejercicios que es una actividad muy frecuente en mi, soy una persona que me gusta mucho hacer actividades física constantemente. Pero desde que terminé con mi novia sólo lo que uno quiere escuchar música estar encerrado en tu cuarto con tu pensamiento, viendo que fue lo que hice mal porque se terminó la relación será porqué no fui tan atento con esa persona o fui demasiado amoroso con ella.

No le di el espacio suficiente para que me extrañara compartir a mi lado conmigo, porque me fue infiel con un familiar suyo con su primo lo que más me duele que decía que solo lo veía como un hermano que jamás pudiera tener algo con un familiar, que eso era celos mío que yo siempre pensado en cosa malas, ahí te da cuenta que toda las cosas que uno sospecha siempre fueron cierta que había algo entre ellos dos que no era una amistad solo de primos , lo que pasa que uno a veces no le hace caso al cerebro si no al corazón al amor a veces ciega la realidad no deja ver cosa obvia que los demás ven pero uno no lo puede ver.

El error es que todo eso pensamiento uno lo tiene oculto en el fondo de ti uno no cuenta su cosas que le hace daño hablar  con tu padres , hermano o tu mejor amigo que consejos te puede dar como comenzar de nuevo cerrar esa etapa de tu vida. Volver otra vez hacer la cosa que te gusta hacer deporte enfocarte en tu metas salir adelante, tener una mente ocupada para no pensar en cosa negativa poder hacer tu vida normal  que las cosas malas que uno pase quedé como experiencia que tampoco podemos juzgar que todas las personas son así que también hay mujeres que no juega con lo sentimientos de uno que si ya no siente nada por ti es mejor hablarlo ser siempre sincero con tu pareja terminar en bueno termino para no causarle ni ansiedad ni estrés emocional.

Yo siempre pensado que si una persona es buena intenta hacer la cosa bien, siempre llegará cosa buenas positiva a tu vida con el tiempo solo no perder la fé en uno mismo, seguir intentando salir adelante así sea en lo personal como en lo laboral . Espero pronto salir de lo que estoy pasando sentimental, se que con el tiempo todo lo que uno siente se va borrando y puede ser esa persona sonriente que una vez fui antes de conocerla. Me gusta esta comunidad porque uno dice lo que siente y se puede expresar de su sentimiento.                                              Que tenga un excelente domingo.
