<center> Hey amigos como están?. Hoy fue un día realmente increíble para mi, pues vi mi primera practica educativa en el laboratorio de biología, la practica fue referente al microscopio y a la citología vegetal, algo realmente genial y nuevo para mi, que me ha dejado nuevas enseñanzas y fue una dinámica muy buena. Al fin luego de 2 años las clases presenciales en la universidad están volviendo a la normalidad poco a poco. Esta practica fue de mucha utilidad por que es un tema referente a mi trabajo en el campo y los invernaderos, la utilización del microscopio es de vital importancia para mi al igual que conocer las células que componen las plantas y ver como lucen. > Hey friends, how are you? Today was a really amazing day for me, because I saw my first educational practice in the biology lab, the practice was about microscopy and plant cytology, something really cool and new for me, which has left me new teachings and was a very good dynamic. Finally, after 2 years, the classes at the university are returning to normal little by little. This practice was very useful because it is a topic related to my work in the field and greenhouses, the use of the microscope is of vital importance to me as well as knowing the cells that make up the plants and see how they look.  La practica comenzó después de un examen escrito que teníamos pendiente, acerca del ADN y el ARN, esto se relacionaba un poco a la citología vegetal y por ello la practica se mezclaba también con el microscopio. Mis compañeros y yo estábamos muy ansiosos al momento de empezar y prestamos mucha atención a la indicación de los profesores. > The practice started after a written exam that we had pending, about DNA and RNA, this was a bit related to plant cytology and therefore the practice was also mixed with the microscope. My classmates and I were very anxious when we started and we paid a lot of attention to the teacher's indications.   Lo primero que hicimos fue familiarizarnos con el microscopio, aprender sus partes mecánicas y ópticas, como manipularlo y saber como se da la proyección de imagen en el. Manipularlo para saber como utilizarlo rápido al momento de ver las muestras y saber corregir errores, como falta de imagen y corriente, entre otros detalles que se puedan presentar. > The first thing we did was to familiarize ourselves with the microscope, learn its mechanical and optical parts, how to manipulate it and know how the image projection occurs in it. Manipulate it to know how to use it quickly when viewing the samples and know how to correct errors, such as lack of image and current, among other details that may arise.        Debíamos analizar y observar una gran cantidad de cosas, comenzando con muestras sencillas de tejido cardiaco, células y otro tipo de muestras contenidas en los portaobjetos. > We had to analyze and observe a large number of things, starting with simple samples of cardiac tissue, cells and other types of samples contained on slides.      Lo mas relevante e importante de todo fue al momento de ver muestras de alimentos, como cebolla, zanahoria, tomate a nivel microscópico, donde debíamos colocar un trozo de la epidermis (piel) de cada uno de ellos en un portaobjeto, agregarle una gota de agua glizerada y cerrarla con un cubreobjetos. Esto era para poder observar las paredes celulares, citoplasma, membrana, núcleo y cromoplastos de las hortalizas, todo ello era explicado por el profesor, como luce cada estructura, como estaba formada y por que era de esta manera. También teníamos algunas imágenes de referencia para poder tener una buena idea de lo que estábamos viendo a través del microscopio. > The most relevant and important of all was when we had to see food samples, such as onion, carrot, tomato at a microscopic level, where we had to place a piece of the epidermis (skin) of each one of them on a slide, add a drop of glizinated water and close it with a coverslip. This was to be able to observe the cell walls, cytoplasm, membrane, nucleus and chromoplasts of the vegetables, all of which was explained by the teacher, what each structure looked like, how it was formed and why it was the way it was. We also had some reference images to get a good idea of what we were seeing through the microscope. En esta actividad participaron 3 profesores los cuales nos ayudaron con la actividad, a cada uno de los grupos. Esta actividad me encanto totalmente por que podíamos ver algunas cosas que en muchas ocasiones los ingenieros que visitan mis cultivos me han comentado, ahora todo tiene relacion y entiendo el por que. De igual manera pude ver como respiran las plantas y por que algunas lucen de un color verde, lo que se debe a la clorofila. > In this activity we had 3 teachers who helped us with the activity, each one of the groups. I loved this activity because we could see some things that on many occasions the engineers who visit my crops have told me, now everything is related and I understand why. I was also able to see how plants breathe and why some of them look green, which is due to chlorophyll.        También hicimos un experimento con dos cabellos distintos colocados en forma de X esto para poder notar si ambos se lograban ver con el primer enfoque, y si se necesitaba de otro enfoque mayor. En la mayoría de los casos ningún cabello se veía con un solo enfoque y debía tener un enfoque para cada uno. Lo increíble es ver que las "canas" los cabellos que se tornan blancos, son en realidad transparentes a nivel microscópico. > We also did an experiment with two different hairs placed in an X-shape to see if both hairs could be seen with the first focus, and if another higher focus was needed. In most cases neither hair was visible with only one focus and had to have a focus for each. The amazing thing is to see that the "gray" hairs that turn white are actually transparent at the microscopic level.    Lo que esta por venir será mucho mejor, y con practicas con mucha mas importancia para nuestra carrera, realmente estoy muy entusiasmado y es algo que les mostrare mas adelante.
