He yo, heyo yo... to the yo yo!

Sry, I am a bit **excited** right now while writing this post :) 

I am here since January 2018 and even tho' I had a lot of great moments on Steem Blockchain, this one is really something special and somehow promising.

Lately, I've been doing a lot of work off Steem to bring our lovely blockchain on another level. You may think *what the hell is this small dolphin thinking?*, so let me explain myself.

For start, I spent this summer playing for my new **gaming community** @memento.mori and while we had a great fun and unforgettable moments, I couldn't help myself not to think about what could happen if we start our blockchain journey together.

I am a space man that really loves to help around and since I **trully believe in Steem**, I couldn't keep that to myself. So, I presented Steem Blockchain to my gaming community and some of them liked it.

During that period, we still didn't have a name so for the last 10ish days, we were deciding on name and our logo. A few days ago, we choose our name **Memento Mori** which means *Remember you will die / Remember death*.

As we are currently playing SCUM game a lot and same as in other games also, you need to be prepared to die. It will come eventually no matter how much you are sneaky beaky.

I like our new name very much and I hope that someone will be able to create our logo in a pro way. We'll see about that in the next few days.

**So far**, we created @memento.mori account on Steem blockchain where we will post text posts, videos and streams as soon as we decide about our organization on Discord and In-Game. My friend @diskoteqa is already here but I am not sure if he will use his account to post or he will only make content for @memento.mori. Also, @drveni arrived just yesterday to write his intro post and he will manage his private account while helping @memento.mori, as I will also do like that.

I expect us to be a little team for start, where we will work to be a **leading gaming community in Croatia** one day because of the amazing power Steem blockchain can provide to us. Once we get used to Steem life, I hope we will be able to open our doors to other fellow countryman and help them on their journey.

These are just my thoughts and some kind of ideas. We are deciding together in our gaming community so it will be up to us how we will build our future. Whatever we choose, I am sure it will be super exciting.

*On the other hand*, Steem dropped a bit more than we wanted and predicted but you know how it is, **buy low, power up all**. 

*Or is it like that? I'm kinda sure it is* :)

As you may know already since I mention it everytime I can, **I never powered down nor cashed out** and I'm fuckin' proud of it. When I believe in something as I truly believe in Steem, my plans become long term and I am looking to find the bigger picture and build my ideas accordingly.

Seeing the price of Steem this morning, I couldn't sit idle and let this opportunity pass by me without making a move. So, **I bought 1K Steem**. It's still sitting in my binance wallet but I will transfer it before the next SPUD.

As the price down and as I am watching #newsteem unfolding before my eyes in some very interesting and motivating way, I wanted to give my last money of this month and buy Steem to support this blockchain and its great people.

I already **delegated 300SP** to @curangel to help them with curation a bit and to have a possibility to nominate posts for downvoting and help this blockchain more that way. 

I also **delegated 100SP** to my gaming bro @drveni to help him on his start because I don't want him to have problems with RC and also, I hope it will motivate him as others once motivated me on my beginnings.

When @memento.mori starts creating a content, I will surely delegate to that account and put my money into a project I believe in.

***On the other other hand*, a professor from my University accepted a topic about cryptocurrency and Steem blockchain for my Master Thesis.**

This is the proudest moment of my Steem journey. This is my chance to present crypto and Steem to a few respected people on my University and who knows, maybe something comes out of it.

If I do a great job, I am sure I will make them think about crypto and steem and intrigue them about the possibilities they offer. My hopes are to be invited on another Universities to talk about *these futuristic ideas that can change our lives for better.*

*Maybe I have crazy ideas and unreal hopes, but hey, that's why I'm Spacely* ;)

Talking about crazy ideas... My plan is to go to Reboot Infostar - one of the biggest gaming events in the World. This event will be held in Novemeber in Zagreb and there will be a lot of game developers. 

The devs I am interested in are the ones who created SCUM game. I just want to talk with their leader to see if they are interested about joining Steem blockchain and create something special and new in our smallish country.

I wouldn't do all of this if I didn't believe in Steem. But I do, a lot. I see a socio-financial aspect of it as a new futuristic way of living and taking control of our lives as well as our finances.

And we all need that, don't we? *Don't you think we need to have balls to control our lives and not give that control to others, especially some scammy people? Don't you think we need to be courageous and patient to build something great? Don't you think we alone can create the real value to benefit the ecosystem and its communities?* 

Don't you?
