Hola, un cordial saludo para todos mis amigos de las comunidades de #liketu, #hive y, muy especialmente, para mis compañeros de la comunidad de #swc. ¡Un gran abrazo para cada uno de ustedes!  

Me presento: soy Wilber-sw, atleta de calistenia, y hoy quiero compartir con ustedes cómo fue mi día de entrenamiento. Ha sido una jornada dura y exigente, ya que me he sentido un poco enfermo. Incluso entrené con algo de fiebre, pero logré completar la rutina de plancha que tenía programada para hoy. La verdad, ha sido un reto físico y mental, pues el malestar dificultaba cada movimiento, pero la disciplina y la constancia son clave en este deporte.  

Quiero mencionar que, si no he estado tan activo esta semana compartiendo mis entrenamientos, es precisamente por este problema de salud. Estoy enfocado en recuperarme lo más pronto posible para retomar mi rutina normal. La verdad, lo anhelo mucho, porque la calistenia no solo es mi pasión, sino también una parte fundamental de mi vida.  

Hoy trabajé específicamente la rama de empuje, con una rutina intensa de planchas en sus diferentes variaciones. A pesar de las dificultades, pude completarla con convicción y determinación. Cada repetición fue un pequeño triunfo, y eso me llena de satisfacción.  

Agradezco su apoyo y buenas vibras, que siempre me motivan a seguir adelante. Les deseo una feliz noche y que tengan un excelente día. ¡Hasta la próxima, amigos! Cuídense mucho y nunca dejen de perseguir sus metas.

Hello, a warm greeting to all my friends in the #liketu and #hive communities, and especially to my colleagues in the #swc community. A big hug to each and every one of you!

Let me introduce myself: I'm Wilber-sw, a calisthenics athlete, and today I want to share with you how my training day went. It's been a tough and demanding day, as I've been feeling a little sick. I even trained with a slight fever, but I managed to complete the plank routine I had planned for today. The truth is, it's been a physical and mental challenge, as the discomfort made every movement difficult, but discipline and perseverance are key in this sport.

I want to mention that if I haven't been as active this week sharing my workouts, it's precisely because of this health issue. I'm focused on recovering as soon as possible so I can get back to my normal routine. Honestly, I'm really looking forward to it, because calisthenics is not only my passion but also a fundamental part of my life.

Today I specifically worked on the push-up section, with an intense plank routine in its various variations. Despite the difficulties, I was able to complete it with conviction and determination. Each repetition was a small triumph, and that fills me with satisfaction.
