La soldadura con estaño para este tipo de trabajos yo recomiendo que sea con el estaño que ya trae el ácido para soldar integrado, con esto facilita el trabajo de unir la cinta al conector principal, yo decidí cortar unos 5 cm de la cinta para garantizar que la cinta quedará correctamente conectada de igual manera con la ayuda de un voltímetro en la función de continuidad pude corroborar que todo estaba conectado correctamente, pero de igual manera quedaba el miedo a que por estar desactivado por mucho tiempo el sistema de Airbag pueda tener la posibilidad de la activación al conectar, pero gracias a dios todo quedó perfecto y no se activó.

Recomendación para este tipo de trabajos no es necesario hacer un remplazo de la pieza completa sin evaluar primero como fue el daño, es más común de lo que parece que está cinta se rompa, y más común que mecánicos no tengan el conocimiento de que eso no se debe mover si no tiene nada claro la cantidad de giros que puede dar el volante sin tener el tope.

Veo tu publicacion y me animo a reparar la mia, de hecho la corneta no suena y cada cierto tiempo suena en el tablero un sonido de advertencia y se enciende junto con la luz del airbag.

Seguramente es algo de eso amigo @danielcarrerag estoy atento a cualquier pregunta.   Solo te recomiendo tener todo desconectado al momento de desconectar y volver a conectar, en el caso de los Arauca, es mejor hacer el trabajo en el momento que no está encendida la luz, por qué si no hay que colocar el escáner de concesionario.
