Debido a todo lo que hice en la x1 no publique antes 

En la rectificadora se tardaron todo lo que quisieron 🤣🤣🤣 pero el trabajo quedó de primera 


Los trabajos realizados en la rectificadora fueron cambio de guías de las válvulas
lavado químico a la cámara 
asiento de válvulas 
muecas a los pistones  

En primer lugar se cambiaron las válvulas dobladas, dado el desgaste de las guías se llevó la cámara a la rectificadora y por recomendación de muchas personas tomamos la decisión de hacerle muecas a los pistones para que no doble válvulas nuevamente.

The work done on the grinding machine included changing the valve guides
chemical washing of the chamber
valve seats
piston grinding

Al tener cámara y pistones aquí empecé con el armado de la cámara montando los taquetes previamente identificados su posición original para que así quedarán en el mismo lugar.  

coloque los árboles de levas utilizando limpiando toda la superficie y aceitado para colocarlos bien lubricados


coloque sus muñequillas casa una en el lugar correspondiente   en este modelo de vehículo viene identificada  

después de tener armada toda la cámara pase a colocar sus pistones  cada uno en el lugar correspondiente  de igual manera que todo lo anterior quedó todo bien lubricado antes de montar se colocaron los anillos en su posición y se colocó el suncho   para colocarlos.   colocando 1,4,2,3. para facilidad de armado se le dió un torque a las vielas de 35 libras de presión a sus tornillos y giro adecuadamente. confirmando que todo quedará de madera óptima en los pistones.

Al terminar de armar pistones reviso una llamada de un amigo preguntando si ya tenía armado el carro y que no lo armara aún que lo esperara, llego con una idea para no tener que desarmar medio motor para poner a tiempo la correa en otra oportunidad.   


Colocar unas guías a las polea  para que no sean flotantes y unas muecas para indicar el sentido de ellas.  fuimos a un tornero el cual nos guió en nuestra locura como sería para muchos. dando su punto de vista y experiencia para ese tipo de cosas

haciendo uno agujeros en las peleas así marcando el sitio donde estarán ubicadas las cuñas después se colocan a tiempo los árboles de levas y se procede hacer los agujeros en los árboles de levas   se coloca la cuñas y listo 

procedo a colocar la cámara en el motor colocando los tornillos cada uno en su Lugar y dando presión de 10 libras por cada pasada hasta llegar a 70libras que es lo recomendado para ese motor

When I finished assembling the pistons I got a call from a friend asking if I had already assembled the car and not to assemble it yet and wait for him, he came up with an idea to not have to disassemble half the engine to put the belt on time another time.   


To put some guides to the pulleys so that they are not floating and some grimaces to indicate the sense of them. we went to a lathe operator who guided us in our madness as it would be for many. giving his point of view and experience for that type of things.

making one holes in the fights thus marking the place where the wedges will be located then the camshafts are placed in time and we proceed to make the holes in the camshafts the wedges are placed and ready.

I proceed to place the cam in the engine placing the screws each one in its place and giving pressure of 10 pounds for each pass until reaching 70 pounds which is recommended for that engine.

coloco correa colocando todo a tiempo colocando todos los pistones a punto medio y retirando un tornillo que está ubicado a un lado del motor de arranque se tranca el cigüeñal. se colocan la polea y el tensor para así colocar los árboles de levas en su sitio   se coloca en la marca y se le da tensión a el tensor con esto está a punto correcto  

procedo al todo el armado final   tapas de la correa de tiempo, tapa válvulas  damper correa de alternador,    correa dirección hidráulica y aire acondicionado, admisión,  inyectores, bobina  cables al final de todo deje para colocar el líquido refrigerante y listo 

procedo a encender el vehículo y antes de esto paso el Swich varias veces para así cargue bien el sistema de gasolina.    y como era de esperar encendido al primer intento sin fallas y aproximadamente lo deje que calentará  por al menos una hora para sabes que todo quedará bien

Saludos @wilfredojgf interesante el trabajo que haces con los pistones, primera vez que veo que lo rebajan de esa manera, usualmente lo he visto de forma diagonal una pequeña muesca donde las valvulas alcanzarían a tocar el piston, para que no afecte la compresión del cilindro por debajo de 130 psi, de hecho casi como originalmente viene el orinoco, pero lo importante es que resolviste y quedo bien.

Si y hasta ya probé de que funcionará 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 por qué después de estar todo listo  y después de ir a ccs  y todo se partió el tornillo de la polea loca de la correa

En generar nunca habia visto un trabajo similar ni en la vida del dia a dia ni en la comunidad, bastante curioso, saludos y aun sigo sin saber realmente qué efectos negativos puede tener, ¿Qué significa que pierda un poco de compresión?

Hola, buen trabajo, esa cámara se parece mucho a la del Mazda 626, qué bueno que tuviste la precaución de mantener ordenado los taqués, digo esto, porque hace años tuve un mazda y al mecánico se le desordenarón los taquetes y esto fue terrible, porque empezó a sonar, la calibración es muy complicada, porque siempre quedan sonando. Bueno amigo, lo felicito por este gran trabajo, saludos.
