Living in isolation can be a very difficult thing to do and that is the reason it is crucial to create interpersonal relationships with people around us. When we talk about interpersonal relationships it has to do with the connection someone creates with two or more people such as partners, friends, family, colleagues and so on. Imagine only you living all by yourself without no one to speak to, play with and share things in common with. It will be tiring, exhausting and boring as hell.

Therefore, in order to maintain strong relationships with people it is important you are open especially when it comes to information. The foundation of strong interpersonal relationships is to be open to one another by sharing information, opinions about life and so on without holding nothing back. When you are sad, happy, indifferent, confused you must be willing to share with people and the must be willing to share with you as well. That is what makes relationships strong.

It is through sharing information, emotion and experiences with each other that you get to know about the other person. This process makes bonding between two people deep. If there is no mutual sharing of information between friends, colleagues and loved ones, one person may feel that the relationship is one-sided and try to excuse himself or herself and go in search of another person that they can both share things mutually.

How would you feel if someone you care so much about did not tell you about some things that are happening in their life and you have to hear from someone else? You'd feel left out and conclude that the person does not trust you enough to share important information in their lives with you or they don't consider you worthy of knowing about the information because they don't see you as a close pal.

Well, it is not always easy to let others into your life but by sharing some details about your daily life and experiences you're showing them that you trust and feel safe with them. You must be open to letting people know the real you by allowing yourself to trust people and not think everyone is bad or going to pose a threat to your life.
